A fter countless bot- tles of glycerine, Juhi Parmar is now now into comedy with her afternoon saga Kumkum.. Pyara sa Band- han and Comedy Circus. Top three She has reached the top three position in the Sony reality show, along with Punjabi and Kamya Krushna Abhishek. The trio has to perform two- three items for every round. Juhi's stint in the show has been eventful. She entered on a wild card and was eliminated in the first round. But in a recent round, in which eliminated contestants returned, she made a killing and stayed on. The actress had previ- ously entered on a wild card entry in Nach Baliye 3.. which wasn't taken too kindly by the other jodis. She was apprehensive about taking on Comedy Circus lest this was repeated. Juhi is happy that there is no SMS voting on Comedy Circus. She insists that the contestants are fair while voting against one another. On the daily soap front, doesn't she want to try something else? Juhi has been in Kumkum.. for near- ly five years now. Break ke baad She ripostes that the gener- ation leap last year was a huge mistake. She couldn't identify with her much-old- er on-screen avatar and took a break. Recently, the cre- ative team introduced a reincarnation track and Juhi jumped back in. "I'd rather play a college girl who is younger than me than a mum who's older," she says. Juhi adds that after all that rona-dhona, she's thrilled with the love-hate relationship she shares with soon-to-be-lover (on-screen) Hussain Kuwajerwala.
