Ridhi Dogra has always believed that real growth comes from discomfort, and her decision to enter The 50 reflects that belief clearly. For the actor, the reality show is not just about competition but about learning, unlearning, and pushing personal boundaries. She sees this journey as a chance to break free from the safe spaces actors often settle into and explore something unfamiliar.
Sharing her thoughts, Ridhi says, “As an actor, I’m always looking at new ways of unlearning and pushing myself out of the bubble actors can get into.” Known for choosing roles that challenge her, she feels The 50 offers a different kind of test. “I’m always trying to discover something new about myself, and The 50 felt like a challenge that would allow me to step out of my comfort zone.”
No Character, Just Being Herself
What makes this experience different for Ridhi is the absence of a role to play. Unlike fiction shows where she steps into a character, The 50 demands authenticity. Ridhi will be seen as herself, without scripts or performances to hide behind. Talking about this aspect, she explains, “It allows me to step into a whole new world where there’s no character. All I will do is show up as myself, and you the audience will watch me as I go beyond my comfort zone.”
This honesty and openness are what excite her the most about the show. She views the platform as an opportunity to discover new sides of her personality while allowing viewers to witness her real reactions, strengths, and vulnerabilities.

Support From Fans and a New Beginning
Ridhi also acknowledges the role her audience has played in giving her the courage to take this step. Grateful for the constant encouragement she has received, she credits her fans for standing by her through every phase of her journey. “My audience and well-wishers are my support and my angels the wind beneath my wings,” she shares.
As she prepares to enter what she calls the “lion’s den,” Ridhi is ready to embrace every experience that comes her way. The deal for her participation in The 50 was locked by Hoonur, an initiative by Balaji Telefilms led by Mohammad Nagaman Lateef. With the show’s premiere approaching, Ridhi Dogra is set to challenge herself, surprise viewers, and explore a new chapter in reality television.
