It looks like there is a marriage season in Bollywood nowadays. Zayed Khan is tying the knot on November 20. His cousin Fardeen Khan will marry in December. And now, reports have it that Emraan Hashmi , the smooch king, is all set to get hitched.
Just a few days back, a rumour was flying around that Emraan had a romantic interlude with actress Celina Jaitley in Mauritius while shooting for movie Jawani Diwani . Those rumours can now be laid to rest. Emraan is learnt to have proposed his girlfriend of three years, Parveen Sahani. And the two will tie the knot next year.
Parveen is a teacher at preschool playgroup called Kangaroo Kids.
Emraan calls her the woman of his dreams.
"Parveen is patient, completely non-filmi, mellow, homely and traditional – everything I wanted in my life partner…This is the woman I love dearly, and want to spend the rest of my life with. I proposed, and Parveen accepted," Emraan is quoted by Mid-Day.
Emraan says the rumours of his fling with Celina acted as a catalyst for him to pop the question to Parveen.
The two are looking forward to get married early next year.
Emraan says he and Parveen have known each other for years and can't think of spending their lives with anyone else.
