i had a situation lyk tht where mii cousin wanted to loose lyk 10 lbs in 2 weeks.. well she didn't loose 10 but lost about 7.5 lbs.. she went on a complete veg diet.. eat fruits and veggies but aviod potatoes.. also avoid junk foods ofcourse.. & naan, aloo paratha oily stuff lyk tht.. work out atlest 1/2 hour a day & don't miss it.. but don't goo on a starving diet.. it will onlii cause u to gain more weight.. i hope it works.. let us knw hw it goes 😳 😳

Ok so at 65 Kg and 5'3" her body mass index is 25.5.
For her anything more than 25 is bad so she certainly isn't really fat, just a little overweight.
If she lost 10 Kg that would bring her to her ideal weight for her size but that's a lot of weight to loose in a month.
Fad diets don't work over time so in the long term good eating and regular (not heavy) exercise is the answer as people have said but in the short term less carbohydrate and maybe a little harder exercise but she needs to be realistic, 10 Kg is a big ask.
wow you said exactly what i was gonna say i am 5ft and docter said because i asked last time ideal weight is 57kg i am guessing your friend will look great around that weightish and also shes definetly not over fat especially looking at the body mass index.
10kg is definetly a lot to lose in a month but if does exercise i am sure she will see the difference even if small within in a few weeks-ideal loss is about 2lbs a week which is about a KG a week.
