my friend wants to look fab for her sister's wedding which is next month

she weighs 65 kg and she's 5ft 3in so she's really fat

she's my best friend n i wanna help her loose weight but she is not able to

she's tried everything fom dieting to not eating anything at all

please tell me how can i help her loose 10 kg in a month coz she really wants to loose weight but doesnt know how to n i've never had the need to loose weight coz i've always been thin so i dunno what to tell her

She should walk for at least 30 minutes each day and she should eat vegetables and healthy food. But she should completely avoid junk food as it has too many calories and it's not healthy.

hmm....tell her to eat when ever she's hungry.....but only in small portions, and she shouldn't over-eat.

She should go on walks, also she should join the gym...my friend and cousin have lost alot of weight from working out at the gym.

It'd be better if she paid a good amount for the gym, and get a trainer..cause tat will motivate her to go to the gym; so she doesn't waste her cash.

shee should go to the gym, as everyonee saiid,
andd she should always be eating healthy food, tell her to avoiid junk food,
and whateverr yu do, dont lett her go anorexic

well thats coz she wants to look gorgeous

she isnt pretty now with all that flab

looks dont matter but still she should do REGULAR excersize and eat 5 a day 😃

Ok so at 65 Kg and 5'3" her body mass index is 25.5.

For her anything more than 25 is bad so she certainly isn't really fat, just a little overweight.

If she lost 10 Kg that would bring her to her ideal weight for her size but that's a lot of weight to loose in a month.

Fad diets don't work over time so in the long term good eating and regular (not heavy) exercise is the answer as people have said but in the short term less carbohydrate and maybe a little harder exercise but she needs to be realistic, 10 Kg is a big ask.

Also my wife always says clothes matter so if she's a little heavier than she'd like at times she'll wear more flattering clothes, paterns running vertically that sort of thing.
