He was initially keen to make a career internationally.

He realized once he was abroad that the modeling scene was not very conducive,as the front line-up of male models were in the age bracket of 17 to 21 years and according to him it would have taken him at least couple of years to make it big.

He felt that being abroad helped him mature as a professional and made him aware of lot of things he wouldnt have learnt otherwise. He always wanted to settle in India.
