Sunny’s Apne went against Emraans Aawarapan 1 and also Himeshs Aap Ka Suroor

This Awarapan 2 deserves a fantastic opening atleast as an act of compensation by audience for the unfair box office failure tag that we had given to Awarapan years back...

Amazing movie...

Both Emraan Hashmi and Mohit Suri' s best work till date imho....

I hope Awarapan 2 is also good

Mohit Suri should have directed it but it's still fine as long as it delivers even half of the first movie.

Had Bhatts tried to get Mohit & Shraddha in the film, it would have opened 40 - 50 cr

I think Mohit would be good but why Shraddha? Like thank god she's not here, I found her very cringe in Ek villain. I think she's not fit for such Mohit Suri style tragedies. Ashiqi 2 was different.

Well it's upto perspective i guess....

But in my opinion, Awarapan is a movie that had actually surprised me with its depth and inherent spirituality...and the themes it explored...And of course a really nice performance by Emraan Hashmi and hauntingly beautiful songs
