I was just thinking like in cricket, each team should get a chance to ask for two or three reviews per match. If their review is successful they will keep the review. If it is unsuccessful they will lose the review. Otherwise, some fouls are getting unnoticed and if the coaches question, instead of getting an answer they were getting yellow and red cards like toffees.

This exactly. The belief is that Morocco is strong but not strong enough to beat France without referee interference.
It doesn't make sense how many times FIFA wants Argentina to win. They already got the title 3 times. How many more times does FIFA want the title to go to them and what hold does Argentina have over FIFA that they keep doing this?
I've been reading some discussion about people wanting reviews all the way back to group rounds. That some of the matches, disallowed goals, etc. were to set up newer teams to continue through and better teams to be eliminated early so that Argentina had an easy run to the top 2 except that the newer teams turned out to be too hard to pushover easily.
