Comparing the Monday boxoffice with a Sunday (or even a Saturday) boxoffice would be utterly unfair... even comparing it to a opening first Friday would not be fair, imo. Friday and Saturday, the evening and night shows most probably may have the most attendance and on Sunday the morning, afternoon and evening shows, so not comparable, too (imo).

I would always look for a trend...and since the announcement, the trend for Alpha was significantly pushed to be a declining one.

YRF is one of the few 'old' and/or 'prominent' Production houses who doesn't do corporate bookings... they have the pride to also take disasters in a most possible honest way.

But okay, it has become the fashion in social media to mention corporate bookings whenever it suits the own mindset/bias... (you should better look for other biiiig production houses with far more money and influence)

Also: If only 1/10 of those who bash the movie would have watched it in a theatre, the boxoffice would have other numbers... most just hop on the Troll-train smiley2

She was the last actress I liked in Bollywood until all these no names came after her.

I am sad to see her flop.

Britney Spears is a drunk and washed up woman.

She doesn't have a voice. At least Madonna can do ballads.

Don’t know what to say but it collected 2.5 crores on Monday..the drop is mind boggling..it crashed badly..it raises the question that whether the weekend collections were fake 😂 anyways this movie is a lost cause now

Hence Proved Alia is just an actress, not a Star. and she will never become the one either.

Alia doesn’t fit Action or larger than life movies, her action scenes looks like a kid playing “dress up” game. She better sign small to moderate budget movies like Raazi, Highway, Darlings and DZ kind of movies. such type of roles suits her the best. She truly shines in intense and emotionally complex roles.

Somehow I'm sure that YRF isn't surprised... the concerted rejection by mostly those who haven't watched the movie is the most 'suspicious' in the whole affair (imo).

Btw, it was 3.85 cr (net) with 12% occupancy (Sacnilk)... and it had been a "lost cause" after Dhurandhar anyways smiley2
