There is something in your post that makes me think that another member (I think it was You2) may have had a not-so far-fetched idea... from the beginning, I wondered why YRF chose a quite newcomer director with just the OTT mini-series TheRailwayMen as a showpiece of his talent to helm a project that already faced considerable trolling when Alia was rumoured as the new SpyUniverse 'heroine' with a leading woman-role.

Alia has strengths ? What strength ?

I wrote this before. What was disappointing for me was that she showed laziness as an actor. You cannot be headlining an action movie without working on your physique. More so when you are short. Visually it looks funny to see someone tiny trying to beat up buffed up goons. And for heavens sake she has to STOPPP with the Gangubai voice modulation. She has been sounding the same from RRKPK to Jigra to now Alpha.

bad films will not work even if it has rajnikanth.
