Horrific... According to news. People who were involved in crime were given to police but we're allegedly released because of calls from local BJP leaders.
So now chances of victims getting justice are negative. Look at Hanumanjis picture in background POS! The way they use religion is sickening.
This incidence has shocked me, just how low can you stoop?!?!
Further, the postmortem has also suggested the girl was alive when she was thrown into the pond, as water was found in her lungs and stomach.
Authorities have also examined CCTV footage from the area, which purportedly showed four persons taking the 12-year-old away. Additionally, the officer said that they were also analysing footage to establish the identities of the accused and their role in the crime.
The girl was alive when they threw her in pond
I don't care who the party in power is what is your use if you cannot protect women in your country.
So chinese claims in AP were true ?
Justice Should Never Change with the Party in Power! Nothing exposes political hypocrisy more than the way crimes against women are treated depending on who is in power.Originally posted by: Sanskruthi
Horrific... According to news. People who were involved in crime were given to police but we're allegedly released because of calls from local BJP leaders.
When in opposition, every brutal crime becomes a rallying cry for justice. Once in government, the same voices often become hesitant, defensive, or silent. Victims deserve justice, not selective outrage.
The horrific crime against a young girl in West Bengal has horrified the nation.
At such moments, the responsibility of any government is simple: protect the victim's family, ensure an impartial investigation, prosecute the guilty swiftly, and allow the law to take its course without fear or favour.
Instead, when allegations arise that victims, witnesses, or those seeking justice are being intimidated, public trust is deeply shaken. Democracy cannot survive if political loyalty becomes more important than the rule of law.
A government's greatest test is not how loudly it condemns crimes committed by its opponents, but how honestly it confronts crimes that occur under its own administration. Justice cannot have different standards for different political parties.
The safety of women and children must never become a political slogan to win elections. It must remain a constitutional duty, upheld with integrity, transparency, and accountability.
India deserves politics that protects its daughters, not politics that protects reputations. Till date, no one has been arrested for the Manjunath Temple 100 rape and murder cases, and the complaining families were threatened and beaten up by the Trusty and the powerful netas who are behind the rapes and murders. That case will never come out because, the beneficiaries (
) are from the powerful party, and the Trusty assured them that it will never come out.
The allegations surrounding the Manjunath Temple case continue to raise disturbing questions. Many believe the victims and their families have not received the justice they deserve, and concerns about political influence and accountability remain. Until there is a transparent, independent investigation and the truth is fully established, public confidence in the justice system will remain deeply shaken.
