Why not bring satellite rights? Today, it's a big factor for the budget recovery of a movie.

The part in bold - No. Even I think the total value from satellite, OTT and music rights for both movies combined has to be over 1500 crores minimum...but we are not talking about a major major ATBB here, we are talking about a romcom movie that despite it's ambitious budget may not give loses to it's producers. That's all. I rest my case.

Plus, the theatrical business also decides what kind of response or viewership a movie will generate post ott release. These things are all tied together.

Usually there's a lot of hype around the ott release of movies that have performed well in the theaters.
