But yes, Alia’s PR has always been too obvious. From trying to frame herself as the first ever female action star during promotions to now shifting the direction towards how these numbers are great based on how bad the reviews were or even how bad the movie is.

"Over enthu PR" is used for DP fans, subtle way not to get noticed as member targetting. Right after a DP fan posts their opinion about Aloo.

DP, Kat are always brought in 1st as retaliation, the review thread hasn't gone without their mention.

Any time someone poses an opposing view, you have either constant spamming by 1 Aloo fan and the other pipes in to constantly pass it off as some "superlative" performance as if to shut members up.

DP has also been there and done it, delivering back to back 3 BBs in 2013, 2015.

Don't tell you're going to attribute RL to SLB, CE to SRK, Cocktail to Saif who were reeling off flops.

It's another matter she stopped caring after 2015 but there's a difference between Kat and DP being in their "Mom era" and literally caring a f*ck" Vs Aloo never being in that league and hence trying.

Basic romcoms these days are budgeted at 60 ish . How can an action film have a moderate budget of 80?? YRF ne chillar kharche hai kya??

The metric wasn’t if they solely lead the movie to blockbuster status or not. By that metric then I don’t know if any female star has ever given a blockbuster on their own. Heck, even some male stars’ blockbusters can easily be contributed to the director and not themselves e.g Ranbir with Sanju and Animal. SRK’s Pathan can be contributed to whatever the Tiger movies had established and Sid Anand. You get the picture. But at the end of the day these movies became blockbusters and their actors, specifically their lead pairs have a blockbuster in their filmography. That includes Deepika and Katrina. Alia as of this time does not.
