She's ML's sister in law. But that's not the real problem here and the ending..... Bad for FL and good for ML but they both are alive if you're ok with spoilers I can tell that one word 🫢🤣

FL's clan was exterminated, with ML's help she escaped the punishment. She saw her father, brother die and went into shock. <She's reborn and goes back in time. Fixes things and saves lives> she wakes up one day to find out nothing of such happened and it's her 'dream' induced by the ML's treatment which carried unique 'scent' that made her hallucinate/dream of correcting things.

ML being her BIL could only hide her away in a separate house and treat her (do you see a future? I don't)

The bystanders are her (ex) husband and the love of his life (in simple words the girl he cheated on his wife with. There was also a connection between FL and her I can't remember now. FL felt betrayed when she knew who the 3rd woman was...)
