Not only were her wounds reopened but her son made them worse in a way she hadn’t known was even possible until she had to kill him.

Vaishnavi could say that she wasn't treated bad by Parth while in SN, but in Khandala he misbehaved. She is badly injured, not very difficult to prove it

Similarly can Nandani say the truth .

Aside it's not about today/one day. For a moment we can believe that they are in shock so didn't say anything.

But they are giving a leap of 10 years. Can't in 10 years these two regain their composure to tell the truth. Hatred even after 10 years is what I feel doesn't make sense, unless Karan is a true hypocrite.

Even today he never tried to understand why Parth was killed, he immediately was blaming Tulsi, ok blame her but at least for once try to understand the complete scenario...

I think we shouldn’t base our opinions on tonight’s episode since the whole thing was rushed. Karan and Niyati are not shown arriving at the police station after they see the bodies; the scene directly cuts to SN. Tulsi took the blame for killing Parth and said that he had tried to assault Vaishnavi but how would Rio getting killed be explained?

Nandini hasn’t told the truth because she’s been sworn to secrecy by Tulsi herself and she has kept her word. Vaishnavi may have opened up about what Parth did to her but the whole premise of Karan hating Tulsi is pinned on the truth being known only to 3 people one of whom is dead and the other is sworn to secrecy. Vaishnavi may tell the truth she feels she knows aka Tulsi reached out and saved her but what if Karan isn’t ready to listen or believe her? Parth had not given any signs of being evil so Karan might not accept the truth until Nandini tells him what really happened and how she killed Parth.

He may not care because nothing will bring his son back and he’s already heartbroken but to know his mother killed his son would be even worse. When emotions overwhelm us they overpower our logic. The most powerful love a person feels is the one that they have for their children and the very idea of watching your young son die is unbearable, to actually lose him in an act of violence is beyond comprehension. Besides, Karan is not just dealing with one dead son here but two. Losing two sons simultaneously and having no idea what happened in the blink of an eye is not easy to fathom.

Karan can’t be considered a hypocrite when he’s in the dark and is a grieving father of nor 1 but 2 sons in a way dealing with their loss all of a sudden in a single day who also has to wrap his head around the fact that his own mom has confessed to killing at least one of his two sons!
