How many adopted and real kids does Karan have?

In season 1 he had 3 children

Two biological sons Manthan (from Tanya) and Parth (from Nandani who was raised by Parvati)

One step daughter Bhoomi (result of MR of Nandani by Ansh), she was born months after Karan Nandani marriage and Nandani went into coma while giving birth to her. Karan initially hated her because he thought that first Ansh and now his daughter is separating him from Nandani. Tanya looked after her, so family suggested Karan to marry her and they married. Later Bhoomi became Karan's lifeline. Bhoomi was always raised as Karan's daughter and only as an adult she got to know about her birth when Mandira told her

In season 2, he has 4 children. 3 biological and 1 adopted

Biological

Parth (from Tanya) who was raised by Karan Nandani and who turned out to be a monster

Raunak and Smaira from Nandani

Adopted

Rio who is also evil (but not a monster)

So it means actual parth is still not found who is kidnapped right after birth so he is karan tanya and they gave him parth's name in memory of parth so he is not the one so their two parth

That will happen for sure. But yaar in Wikipedia page of Season 1, they have written that Parth who was with Parvati is Karan Tanya's son. Ab teesra koi Parth bhi hai kya?

nhi nhi they are wrong there, Parvati ke pass jo Parth tha wo Karan Nandani ka hi tha.

He was kidnapped at birth when Nandani was in jail by Mandira. She wanted to have one of her bloodline, she gave him to a couple for them to raise him because she couldn't raise him alone, but from there he was somehow taken by Parvati (they never explained how, it was told at the end as a cliffhanger ending), wo kabhi clear nhi hua

Maybe both Parths are humshakals and the Parth whom we saw first was actually KN's son who really fell for Vaishnavi. But after marriage Rio brought Karan Tanya's son Parth and replaced him
