She never shared her divorce thought or personal life with him to accuse him

He fall for her thinking she is single not his fault too.

But she can't see his love towards her and she can only find out if rakshit confess.

As she was not aware that Rakshit fell in love with her when her past is not known to Rakshit, there are high chances she might misunderstand him is my feeling also this is how makers bring tracks to separate leads.. still we can hope it unfolds in a logical way
