Yeah, a couple of fan pages on Insta were talking about a time slot change possibly happening. Star has a new serial launching on the 29th, so that timeline actually fits

On a separate note, I saw some of the promos for these new serials (including the recently launched ones) and oh god, they are all so incredibly regressive! It reminded me of why I stopped watching these daily soaps in the first place.😂

yeah it looks like both star and zee are launching a whole lot of new shows so wrapping up or moving time slots for old ones.

funny thing is, zee is also launching a nagin show and its produced by the makers of lnhp and vachan 😂

So both channels will show the same stuff in different ways

No one is happy with lnhp anyways so they shifted it to dupar

If it still doesn't get trp there they'll end coz the producer is bringing show on rival channel

1 pm from June 29th onwards. Except for that Lapandav, none of the afternoon serials have a high trp. I think irrespective of TRP the serial is probably slated to end in Dec based on the story timelines. Sometime back Vachan which isnt doing too well either was slated to move to afternoon but they scrapped that idea. Oddly enough, this production house has done more number of serials with Zee than Star (Vachan i think is just their 3rd serial with star- I was bored so looked it up lol)

I wonder what happens to the budget now that it has moved to afternoon slot. The cast salaries are on the higher side I am assuming .

One thing I still like about this serial is that the dialogue writers still throw in some great tongue-in-cheek lines.

Like in the newest episode, Vasu atya is talking to Ramya on the phone and tells her, 'lavkar ghari ye' adding that Vijay keeps disappearing. The actor was literally absent for 2 weeks, came back for exactly 1 episode, and then vanished again, lol!

Also, Jeeva saying in a prior episode that this has become 'Kavyandini' was spot on. It’s a direct meta-reference to the show shifting focus completely to the bond between the sisters instead of the couples—which honestly is probably one of the main reasons the TRP is down! At least the dialogue writers are self-aware 😂

Either actors will have to take pay cut or makers will do adjustments

JN fans are very unhappy even KP fans have become like ok it's going on

Show's whole hype has lost
