In all this ongoing fiasco, I genuinely feel Nandini is absolutely right and I kind of want to support her because everyone else is just being unreasonable.

I don't even think Nandini is against Reyansh getting the Power of Attorney. Her only argument is that it's been just two days since he entered Shanti Niketan and within those two days he was handed the POA, while Parth has been involved in the business for quite some time. That's a completely valid point. Who in their right mind would hand over such a huge responsibility to someone they met just two days ago?

Coming to Tulsi, she is clearly guilty about killing Ansh. As a mother, it would be impossible not to carry that guilt after killing your own son. She can keep screaming that she isn't guilty, but her actions say otherwise. Her obvious soft corner towards Reyansh is proof of that.

Honestly I don't think Parth or Nandini would have had any issue if the POA had been given to Rithik or Angad. Their problem is specifically with Reyansh, who has been in the Virani business for barely two days.

Now about Nandini's dialogues today where she mentioned that Karan is the one helping the business and sending money so that the Viranis can pay off their loans - I don't think she was wrong at all. She never brought this up before but today she did because she saw blatant partiality towards Reyansh while her own son was being sidelined despite everything Parth has done for Bandej and the profits he has generated.

When Tulsi kept blindly supporting Reyansh and Nandini questioned her Tulsi immediately called Karan. To me it didn't even look like she wanted to discuss the POA with him. It felt more like she wanted Nandini to stop talking. But Nandini didn't back down and instead brought up Karan's contribution. Considering the situation I don't think she was wrong.

Then Damini questioned why Karan should get a share in the property, conveniently forgetting that he is still Mihir's son and legally has rights in his father's property. On top of that just a few minutes earlier Nandini had pointed out that Karan's financial help is one of the reasons the family's business and loans are under control. Parth is also actively working in Bandej. Whether Tulsi wants to give anyone a share is her choice but Karan certainly has a valid claim morally.

People may say Nandini was obnoxious for bringing up Karan's financial help in front of everyone but I think Damini was equally wrong for questioning Karan's legitimacy and saying he shouldn't get a share because he is Mandira's son. Especially when Karan has always considered the Viranis his family and has even humiliated his own biological mother for Tulsi in the past. When someone attacks his legitimacy, Nandini has every right to react the way she did. But Tulsi wanted to brush the whole issue under the carpet instead of addressing it.

At this point, it genuinely feels like Tulsi's guilt is clouding all her decisions. In her attempt to redeem herself by doing "nyaay" to Ansh ka ansh, she is going to drag the entire Virani family down with her. And at this rate I won't even be surprised if one day when Reyan's truth gets revelaed, in the name of redemption, she ends up pointing a gun at Ansh ka ansh Reyansh itself.

At this point, the only person who seems to be asking practical questions is Nandini, while everyone else is making emotional decisions and expecting the rest of the family to simply accept them without question.

Also she is definitely in guilt.She is now using the age old saas tactics of messing up nandinis words and creating rai ka pahad.

If my grandson was my evil sons sons i would have thought 100 times before giving him any important role in family.

My two cents on this are simple - I think even if Tulsi wanted to give her POA to a family member who was around and had an active participation in the business then she could have done it better by giving the two a timeline of say a month or two at max, wherein they’d be tasked with the operations of the company. Both could have even been allotted 2 different factories and asked to handle them independently and individually; they would have to submit at least a weekly report if not a daily briefing of their work. The one whose performance fared better was then the winner. One stupid task of selling 5000 sarees with no actual minimum target or end goal can’t be the yardstick to determine the best person to run the business. And this was provided that Rio had been living with the family for a couple of months at least and had actively joined the family’s business and was proving to be an asset by being an excellent administrator or designer or whatever.

The logical aspect of this whole nonsense falls apart when you take into account that of the kids around, the only one who has been actively working at the factory for over 6 years is Parth! He knows the business better than Rio any day and he has been now also shown as having an excellent grip on the designing process as well which is the backbone of the garment business! So where does Rio even come into the picture?!

This is stupidity for the sake of stupidity. Even if someone doesn’t want to punish their grandchild for the crimes of their parent, this is stupidity.

How come Karan sends money for Virani industries?? Is Virani industries so much is loss that they need a third party to cover for their losses?? If yes then why are they running it?? Why haven't the board of directors ever asked for leadership change (of Mihir) and more importantly then why has Mihir been sent to solve the issues of Karan's company... I can understand maybe Karan used to send earlier and after Tulsi left he got angry and stopped sending money so Virani industries drowned to their bottom low.

Either case that doesn't mean that Parth has more rights on POA than Rio. Rio is as much a son to Karan as is Parth (practically more, when yesterday the hugging scene of Karan Rio was more warm than Parth Karan) That dialogue of Nandani was completely off and seemed very out of line..

I was thinking they are trying to show a saas bahu pair having a clash while both are right, but now it seems to me that both are wrong (just because of their statements). It seems both are competing on who will say something more below the belt.

I think this is explained by post leap debt issues. We’re told that post leap the Viranis are deep in debt; they had borrowed from family friends like Baapji and bank alike. Tulsi returns, gets huge orders and then pays off the minimum amount borrowed from the banks to keep them from selling the company’s assets off in the auction, she also pays off Baapji to get back the documents for Shanti Niketan. The bank loan/s are not paid off entirely by Tulsi’s orders yet. The fact that Noina’s partnership was dissolved and she was paid off also meant that a large sum of money that could have been utilised to pay off some more debt was spent towards paying Noina to send her away.

The bank loan/s are to be paid off regardless of the other expenses and that’s where Karan probably comes into the picture. He’s paying for the loan so as to ensure that the company doesn’t get in trouble again. The company hasn’t probably recovered yet from the losses incurred in those 6 years entirely yet; whatever earnings are made are probably not enough to register as surplus income for the Viranis. They’re probably using a major portion of the income to keep their business running by paying off the employees. Technically it’s not been too long since Tulsi paid off some of that loan. So it makes sense. It’s probably been a few months at most so it makes sense why Karan is assisting the family’s financial situation.

I think Karan to waise bhi Parth and Rio (and Raunak if makers remember) me equally hi baanta.. So Rio ab Parth ka hissa and gf se hi kaam chala lega
