At Geet's apartment, Geet is sitting quietly, lost in thought abouMonaan. His house had been locked since last night. He is not there. Where has he gone?

It was Friday....

Maan left from office a little early....

Geet had some shopping to do....

Its the weekend and Rithan wants his pasta for dinner.... and his favorite Biryani for Sunday lunch....

Rithan is not a Biryani lover, but after he ate that famous Hyderabadi Biryani at Maan's house he has become a fan of it, all thanks to Maan to that....

Geet would never give outside food to Rithan except the one pizza at the month end...

But after Maan became Rithan's buddy the two have kept exploring Chennai's culinary circle together...

Geet didn't mind because it was far better than Rithan bringing Maan home for dinner.... that would have been torture for her....

Geet is taking her time because she knows Maan would take care of Rithan.... its their routine, every Friday Maan picks up Rithan from schol and they come back only for dinner.... that too because Geet has allowed only snacking outside, Rithan should come home for dinner....

Maan was also happy to be with Rithan for that little time they had together....

But when Geet returned Rithan was playing in the park, Maan didn't come and Rithan came in the school bus with other children, like he always does when Geet was busy and no time to pick him up....

Geet: Rithan, why are you here?

Rithan: maa, buddy didn't come to school

Geet: ok , come

They go to upstairs...

Rothan runs to Maan's apartment, its locked....

Rithan comes back disappointed .....

Geet thought that Maan might have gone to some meeting with Mr.Senthil Kumaran regarding their new project....

But the house is closed the whole weekend...

Rithan missed Maan very much, he kept asking Geet to call Maan but she won't, she lied to him that Maan's mobile is not reachable.....

It's Sunday night....

Maan should return anytime now...

Maan never misses office....

Geet has checked a dozen times, Maan has not yet come home....

Geet couldn't understand why Maan disappeared so suddenly. Even Rithan is worried. The little boy kept asking about his buddy, wondering when he would come back.

But more than Rithan , Geet found herself thinking about Maan constantly. She couldn't understand why he occupied her thoughts so much. Maybe it was because she felt that Maan had left Rithan alone.

And isn't that supposed to be a good thing?

Now sheis on her own again. Like a free bird, she could live for herself, just as she had always wanted. No complications. No emotional attachments.

But what about Rithan?

He missed his buddy terribly.

Geet sighed. Perhaps he would get over it in a few days. Children adapt quickly. She just needs to keep him engaged and distracted so that he would slowly forget Maan.

Yes, that is it. Why worry about Maan's absence, haina?

At least, that is what she keeps telling herself.

Meanwhile, at the office...

Vicky has arrived unusually early.

Shruti is surprised to see him already there.

Shruthi: "Vicky, what are you doing here?"

Vicky looked up.....

Vicky: "What's that question, Shruti? I've come to the office."

Shruthi: "But at this time? You never come this early."

Vicky: "You won't understand, Shruti."

There was nervousness in his voice....

Shruti frowns. Something is definitely bothering him.

Vicky: "You know Mann has left."

Shruthi: "What?" Shruti acted to be surprised.....

Vicky: "Yes. He left without even telling me."

Shruthi: "He didn't tell you anything?"

For a moment, Shruti is genuinely disappointed. She had thought Mann would at least inform Vicky before leaving.

Vicky: "No. He left abruptly. We don't know when he'll return... or if he'll return at all."

Shruthi: "What?"

This time, Shruti is genuinely shocked.

Shruthi: "He said that?"

She tried to act unconcerned, but deep inside, his departure bothered her more than she wanted to admit.

Shruthi: "Forget about Mann, Vicky. We're better off without him."

Vicky immediately shakes his head.....

Vicky: "What? How can you say that, Shruti? This project is Mann's first project. It was so close to his heart."

Shruthi: "Stop calling it Mann's project, Vicky."

Vicky: "Because it is. You know that too."

Shruthi: "But this is your office and your project."

Vicky: "Maybe. But Maan is my best friend."

Shruti sighs....

Shruthi: "Think about Uncle Vicky. He would be happy to see you grow."

Vicky remains silent.....

Shruthi: "Uncle loves you, Vicky. You need to understand that. This is a huge opportunity for you to prove yourself."

Shruthi looks at Vicky's confused face and continues.....

Shruthi: " you have to show everyone that you're Mr. Senthil Kumar's son. The son of the business tycoon Senthil Kumar."

Vicky: "I don't know what you're trying to say, Shruti."

Shruthi: "I'm saying that this project belongs to you now. Forget everyone else. Forget everything. Let's start afresh."

Shruti stands up.....

Shruthi: "I'll go get the files."

V: "Okay. Whatever you want."

A few minutes later, she returnscarrying several files and places them on the table.....

Shruthi: "Look. This is what the project is all about."

She opens the first file.....

Shruthi: "And this summarizes everything."

Patiently, Shruti begins explaining the project details...

But Vicky couldn't concentrate.

His thoughts were elsewhere.

With Mann.

Where is he?

When would he come back?

As Shruti continues speaking, Vicky keeps glancing at his mobile phone.

He has sent several text messages to Mann.

There was no reply.

He had called him repeatedly.

No answer.

Shruthi: "Vicky, are you even listening to me?"

Vicky: "Huh?"

Shruthi: "See? You're not."

Vicky: "No, no. I was just... thinking about the project."

Shruti folds her arms.....

Shruthi: "Are you sure?"

Vicky looks away.....

Vicky: "I just wanted to know if he's alright."

His eyes move once again to the silent phone.....

Vicky: "He hasn't replied to my messages. He hasn't taken my calls. It worries me."

Shruti felt the same concern.

But she couldn't show it.

Why wasn't Maan answering?

He should have at least replied to Vicky.

For the first time since hearing about his disappearance, genuine worry settles in her heart....

As Vicky stares at his phone, waiting for a response that never came, Shruti finds herself thinking about Maan too.

"Shruti... Shruti..."

Vicky's voice pulled her out of her thoughts.

Shruthi: "Huh?"

She blinks and looks up.

Shruthi: "Yes, Vicky?"

Vicky: "What are you looking at?"

Shruthi: "Nothing. I was just going through the file."

Vicky: "Did you figure it out? What exactly are we supposed to do?"

Shruthi: "Wait, Vicky. Let me think."

Shruti lowers her eyes to the file once again....

This is the original plan that had been prepared before Maan became actively involved in the project.....

The concept itself is good.

The project is designed as a retirement community for elderly couples—a peaceful settlement consisting of fifty individual houses along with a community hall, recreation center, dining facility, hospital, walking paths, gardens, and all the necessary amenities senior citizens might need.

Mr. Senthil Kumar had approved the basic idea.....

But Maan wasn't satisfied with it.

He wanted something more.

A gym designed specifically for senior citizens.

An open recreational park where the elderly could exercise, socialize, and spend time outdoors.

The problem is that there isn't enough space in the current layout.

Yet Maan had come up with an idea.

A brilliant one.....

Shruthi remembers that meeting clearly.

Maan had been discussing his proposal with Mr. Sendhil Kumar....

The moment he explained the concept, Mr.Senthil kumar was delighted... he instantly liked it...

He had immediately asked him to develop the idea further.

But now there is a problem.

Maan is gone.

Vicky never paid attention during meetings.

And Shruti...

She hadn't listened either.

A wave of frustration washed over her.

What had she been doing that day?

She remembered sitting across from Maan.

Listening to him.

Or at least pretending to.

The truth was far more embarrassing.

She had been distracted.

Very distracted.

Her eyes had remained fixed on him throughout the meeting.

The confidence in his voice.

The certainty with which he presented his ideas.

The way he commanded everyone's attention without even trying.

He was completely new to this business.

Yet he spoke like someone with years of experience.

Because Maan took everything seriously.

Whatever he did, he did with his whole heart.

Just like her.

Except that day, she had spent more time looking at him than listening to him.

Every time he explained a point, she had automatically opposed it.

And every time, Mr. Senthil Kumar had stopped her and asked Maan to continue.

Maan never seemed bothered.

He simply continued explaining his vision.

Patiently.

Confidently.

Professionally.

And somehow, the more he spoke, the harder it became for Shruti to focus on the actual words.

She remembered his expressions.

His gestures.

His determination.

Even Mr. Senthil Kumar had looked impressed.

But what exactly did Maan say?

What was that brilliant idea?

Shruti pressed her fingers against her forehead.

Come on...

Think.

What was it?

She closed her eyes and replayed the meeting in her mind.

Maan standing near the presentation screen.

Maan speaking passionately.

Maan explaining something about the layout.

Something clever.

Something everyone had liked immediately.

But every time she tried to remember his idea...

All she could see was Mon's face.

And nothing else came to her mind.
