There is so much I want to say about today's episode.

I live a protected life and yet the pain so many women go through touches me deeply. I can't even imagine how women dealing with situations like these manage and cope. They have some crazy inner strength to sail through it all.

Now coming to the episode. @sritianne, you portray anxiety, fear and trauma so brilliantly. I couldn't take my eyes off you. I felt every emotion you wanted the audience to feel. There is a vulnerability in your performance that just pulls you in.

@ShabirAhluwalia, you are one actor whose characters I have never hated because you always give them a reason to be loved. Rakshit is so special. A rare character in the ITV landscape. A human being who respects, loves and supports the women around him.

The biggest plus point of this show is that the writer is a woman. This whole episode was written with so much sensitivity and understanding. Rakshit just standing there like a pillar while Aprajita fought her fears and took a step towards her freedom made me so emotional.

And that saree scene... Rakshit helping Aprajita wear the saree was mesmerising. There was so much care, respect and tenderness in that moment. No dramatic dialogues, no grand gestures. Just a man creating a safe space for a woman to reclaim a little bit of herself. That scene will stay with me for a long time

Also ml asking fl consent to help,rare case. No rush to reach stage and finish the contest thinking how important is for him&family,mattered more to make her feel safe,did so much with no info about her fears&traumas. This means will always wait for her to tell him the story,low chances to judge her even if others tell him in 1 ugly way,patient&understanding future partner.

R was still backstage-as first one cheering for her victory,only on stage to give the money-prize.
