When the theme of the show is about chef's career, and thats how they LURED audience, atleast they should stick to it. I remember praising this show for showing Mother-daughter dynamics also. Again, I am not attached to this show so I cant relate to anyone else's emotion here so I m not denying any of that.

I am only slightly disappointed that Ayesha had great opportunity with initial script but the makers are not worthy of her!!.

My comments might be caustic but thats how I feel. I hope it is okay to express my opinion as a person who is into writing and who likes Ayesha.

But I am not sure what you mean by makers not giving Ayesha better opportunity... the kind of scenes she is getting and the range she is able to do is definitely an improvement as an actor!!!

This is after loving her in Ghum....

That was a different character so the demands of emotions were different .. here its not... Mannat is more grey shaded than any of the recent FLs... and that the variety Ayesha gets to play. So why would it matter to her???? She enjoys doing all that.

They dont show her actively cooking... but its always about Mannats cooking which forms a trick to keep her around. Also she is an entrepreneur now... not a chef in a restaurant.

Did you catch up on the recent episode where Mannat was nurse Kalpana??? Total riot.

ITV Is full of inc*st connotations. It’s like their internal cheap thrill to add elements of it and it is across all producers so I guess the writers ideas are then also sanctioned by the channel. Initially I was shocked when I heard that India was the p*** capital of the world. Now I am not shocked at all.

As for ITV FL having a career, Aarambhi is trying but her misogynistic & unfaithful husband & toxic Tandons won’t have it.

yes it’s for opening TRP only. Star TRP on Mannat’s slot is below 1. Anupama will give it a push for that day and it will ensure captive audience for the new show. In fact I am sure the opening for the new show will be good; it has Sriti and Shabbir.. star pair for so many years

They HAVE to get numbers for opening TRP because an estimate must have been given to advertisers for ads.

I was the one who praises only Ayesha here! 😀. She is infact the only one who gives authentic and relatable performance. Then it is Sharain. Even technically also, whatever I know, their acting is good. I don’t want to talk about it because it is personal choice

I was more talking about the character arc. She need not be a white character. Infact she is given better role. It is about the team she is working with. I don’t see quality in anything. Again this is my opinion. I tried to rewatch it at multiple different times and everytime I get more disappointed. If you have time and willing to read then read that twitter posts the I shared few days back. She is so clear in expressing what I feel about the entire show. Including acting and other areas.

You don’t have to agree with me. IMO mannat can be better in a lot of areas. Ayesha is not in those areas. Infact She is the only saving grace!

I have never said the show has exceptional writing.... but I like what I get to see. Its following ITV tropes but still does it differently.

And whatever it is, is clearly working out ... even if we dont understand it 🤣

I have taken breaks multiple times myself... but still feel drawn to it.

And it's majorly because of Ayesha and Adnan. Love their pairing... love the chemistry... love the offscreen even more 🤓

Main iss forum pe silently blacklisted hun because I criticize Viks writing and his certain characteristics... and dont mind DKs presence in the show even though the majority hates him. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️.. and I criticize only leads ka writing. Baki character se mujhe Matlab nahi hai... they are inconsequential to me.

Writing ka issue hai... no 2 ways about it 🫣.. wont defend that... I can only provide opinions which I have because I have been watching since day one... hanging on because of reasons mentioned here.

I thought about it too! I am somewhere invested in my fav actors careers and also feel the push to see them on screen whenever possible. It is not that show has to be good for me to watch it. Yes I can’t watch it second by second, rewinding to analyze their expressions because I can’t connect. But just like that I want to see them 😬. That’s the reason I keep getting back.

One thing mannat did expectionally with Ayesha is to show her like a bomb! They understood her body structure and features so well that she looks extra beautiful and hot. Though I don’t like the saree drapings
