Also according to the new promo we know that Arya ka real name is probably Rajeev bhatia. It’s actually a pretty decent name. In TPR the name just didn’t sit right. It sounded okish.

Also I don’t think Jalandhar is going to kidnap anu. As per the promo it seems Jalandhar is going to meet anu after her roka and tell her to ask Arya about Rajeev bhatia

@Red Her only problem with Anu is her status. According to her, middle class equals cheap. Khud muft ki khaati hain, udati hain is fine. All those expensive sarees, jewelry, parties courtesy Arya is forgotten.

@Bold This! Every single time right? Even her exam results were so-so. Like come on at least give us the satisfaction that she is above average. Why are you proving people like Meera and Raghupati right? Every time Anu gets in trouble something goes right and she comes out as the winner but the way it's shown it does seem like luck, not her talent. Instead show her as shrewd and we will all cheer for her.

Yesterday also Meera taunted her. Every time Meera taunts her Anu says the same dialogue "yeh aap kya keh rahi hain". Instead make her bold, let her give some taunts back like "Aap jo dus saal mein nahin kar paayi maine dus mahine main kar dikhaya. Mujhe malkin bolna seekh lijiye aur tameez se baat kariye mujhse"

Not that this girl is not capable. Anyone points out her parents' mistakes she flips her lid so why not do it for herself? Stop with this abla naari nice girl act.

I absolutely hate this abla nari thing that Anu has going on. She really needs to grow a back bone. How long can you stay chuhi muhi and fragile and hope that Arya comes to your defence (which technically he never does. All Arya really does is give bolbachan about wanting to protect anu)

And she was pretty bold and confident when her father’s shop had burned down and even after that she was pretty bold confronting Arya about RN and stuff like that. Then god knows what has gone wrong with her now.

And I think according to the actress’s interview they are now again planning on making Anu’s character bold and confident.

I mean like these people really need to stay consistent with the writing of Anu’s character. Unlike jhende, Rajni, Gopal and harsh, Anu is the literal main character. The bloody protagonist of the show. Her being inconsistent like the above mentioned characters, just doesn’t make sense

Yeah "Gaja" sounded so different from "Vikrant". Even RN probably secretly disliked it. No wonder she did his namkaran immediately after getting married.

I think whatever change they are about to bring (if they are about to bring) is going to be permanent cause soon real RN track will begin (after the marriage ofc). I hope they don’t mess up the character development this time.

@bold: the whole conversation with Gayatri was very telling if you noticed. Her tone and behaviour while talking to Mansi was one we had never seen before. Although harsh wasn’t “triggered” by it he too seemed a bit baffled. Maybe Gayatri was a strictly disciplinarian before RN died.

Also what she said to Arya about his past and that it would harm him if some things were to come out. It seems like in this version Gayatri is aware of whatever wrong Arya did in his past life and has forgiven and accepted him after that. That seems like a great touch and is going to be An interesting turn off events if/when Gayatri teams up with Jhende and Arya to hide his past wrongdoings perhaps.

I don’t get it.

What is it that Meera really did to ruin Anu’s roka or not make her feel special apart from having her change the dress at the last moment. It was a really pretty dress and she was twinning with Arya. She looked very pretty as well nothing was ruined. I think only someone as shallow as Meera would be so fixated over dress and makeup that changing it would ruin their day.

Also let’s be real that dress definitely didn’t look worth 5 lakhs, 50 thousand would have been a believable amount.

But I did like the roka ceremony though. Apparently a lot of people on insta weren’t much of a fan of the whole affair but I liked it. It was short and sweet.

Roka is not a part of my culture but as much as I am aware it is the ceremony that essentially cements the fact that 2 people are about to be married and is different from an engagement so this short and sweet setting was actually good

Also Sharma most definitely is a misogynist. What problem did he have with any paying for her own marriage. It’s one thing of you are a capable man, then you can sit and demand that you want to pay for your daughter’s wedding but Gopal is a highly incapable person first he stupidly lost his shop and then when his daughter started An effort to buy it back, there wasn’t much that he did about it. Also we know that a Vardhan wedding is easily going to cost a few crore rupees there is no way sharmas are contributing anything to it.

RN in that version was impressed by a character called Vikrant from a book and she got married to Gaja. Who takes an important decision like getting married based on a fictional character
