No, i don't think that will be the case....

Arjun is feeling guilt that he did a deal with Mahipat to punish Nagraj and didn't took Sayali into confidence..

Because from beginning of their relationship right from BEGINNING he is shown to be very truthful and virtuous towards Sayali especially and all women in general... No doubt about it...

Chaitanya is just making fun of his misery.

He just loves and respect his wife too much to hurt her... But enough is enough they can show Arjun admitting his mistake and Sayali laughing it out.... And saying cheating on wife is different and this is different...
