There was show called Bepanah Pyaar from Ekta, male lead lost his wife in a accident and he was under his own destruction phase with alcohol and under some twists and turns he got married to Pragathi.. How they handled their bonding was so good, started with friendship, supporting, understanding, and then comfortness in each other presence, him being stuck between past and present and slowly moving towards present, everything was executed beautifully, from the start they showed similarities between Bani and Pragati and hinted that Pragathi is indeed Bani but viewers wanted it otherwise only because how they developed their bonding like how love second time looks like.. I too even stopped watching regularly after they revealed Pragathi is indeed Bani..

I understand this is weekend supernatural show and they don't have that much time but still they should have taken few episodes to develop their bonding. Them helping each other, some trust building, respect, should be there... To be honest, they should have started all these before Radhika's entry and his dilemma between past and present would have been good. Now this looks so odd. No authenticity. Whenever their scenes comes in the future too it wont look good and it will be like lets skip and watch Nagins revenge and other stuffs only.

I have watched many shows before where fans will be waiting for leads to realize their love for years and then for confession for years.. Here its like 2 mins Maggie

I also know about this show not fully but somewhat I have a rough idea of the story.

The fact which the CV's failed to understand is Cynical ML characters whether it's Dev Rishabh or now Aryamaan it never clicks with the viewers in fantasy genre like Naagin.

These characters are either too toxic or so cynical that their chemistry looks totally fake with the FL characters.

There are a number of angles which the CV',s could have explored with Arya's character-he could have been a top researcher/inventor along with being a Top Media Tycoon.

There's a stark contradiction in his character-him being a Top Tycoon despite being a chronic alcoholic.

The CV's chose to highlight Arya's alcoholism over his smart business acumen.How would any fan take his character seriously then?

The Suris saw Arya more as a threat rather than worrying about intel agencies or the cops which was quite funny to say the least.

He never even fought those train attackers so why was he getting the intel regarding some possible attack from a rival nation? Instead of Roma he should have gone there to cover that event.

If he's a Top Tycoon then depict him as one-he could have made alliances like Vikram to remove Radhika and Purab from the company that was never executed.

He should have fought to retain control of the company like some ruthless tycoon instead he just goes on with the flow.

Infact one could say that Vikram's move of bringing Radhika into that company indirectly saved Arya's job and position both.

Hate to say this but perhaps Vikram deserved to be Arya's Boss.He has got that fighting spirit within him.

Even Vikram knew how selfish or evil Arya's some siblings were yet never hesitated to form alliances with them if necessary.It was a bit surprising to see that evil Ravish support his brother Aryamaan.

Vikram never chose to give up like Aryamaan inspite of his cunning methods.

Arya's character is just going on with the storyline flow-no consistency and no character growth.

He has no idea regarding his own dad's research he knows nothing about his adopted family their criminal activities so what does he know then?

Arya's character has zero consistency-first he was portrayed as some kind of a sudden patriot and then he suddenly doesn't just give up control of his company but even refuses to pursue those Changistaan intruders by doing some last minute favours like hosting a discussion with the country's top security personnel with Ahana.

He knows that he's not Parmeet's son but has no knowledge regarding his real dad's research despite being the son of a top scientist as he himself stated to Ahana.

Earlier he used to do alcoholism regarding Radhika and when he heard about Ahana's demand for divorce then also he again indulged in alcohol.What does the guy want exactly?

Just when Radhika confessed her feelings today he stated that now he has no feelings for her.He's behaving as some sort of a Casanova now his love for Ahana just happened like that-no strong feelings no emotional bonding nothing of that sort.

Vikram's gonna go more evil now once he comes to know of Arya's sudden love for Ahana.

It's one thing to unnecessarily obsess over a woman for around 5 years and then move on to another woman just like that at the drop of a hat-neither Ahana nor Radhika ever deserved this.

The only good thing he did regarding Radhika was despite his obsession he never forced Radhika to come back into his life in all these 5 years.

If Ahana wants to divorce him and move on then so be it.She has complete right over what decision to make-stay or just separate from him.

Every relationship requires some seriousness and efforts neither he was serious about Ahana nor took the proper time to even check on her condition-whether she was hurt or all right.

I seriously wonder now how did he became a top tycoon in the first place-he had no idea that his own criminal family had hidden a dragon in the company's basement nor did he have any idea that Vikram plotted to bring Radhika back into the company despite knowing about Vikram's enmity.

He even broadcasted about Ahana's family being the Looteri Dulhan without even doing a proper checkup of the family mansion about whether any valuables were really stolen or not.

He knows about some hidden Changistani intruders but has no knowledge regarding his dad's own research.So much contradictions in his character.

They have ruined Arya's character, what could have been a savage character has been turned into one dimensional. He comes across so fake now. His love and his patriotism both look too fake and shallow. And the final nail in the coffin was him falling for ahana just like that of nowhere, when his ex is right in front of him for whom he has been pinning for so long. Also the 5 year thing is a loophole, because as per that anniversary scene, it is clearly indicated that radhika and aryaman ka love story happened maybe a couple of years back and not half decade before.

If they don't know what to do with the male lead, then why have him in the first place?? Just for online hype that shippers create? Like someone here mentioned about bennaah pyaar, I've watched that show and they showed the ml falling in the love for the second time very beautifully. Even I wished that the girl was different as it was sucha good love at second chance story. I think they ffed the love story because they realised that too much focus on Arya hung up on ex was detrimental to the love story of the lead pair but uss chakkar mein they ruined everything.

Though i absolutely hate the sudden love realization of arya but I've to say that I really loved that confession scene of aryaman and radhika. I think for the first time arya got sucha long sequence and namik nailed every emotion that aryaman went through. I also liked that scene because I've been saying since long that aryaman needs a closure on radhika and that would only happen when they'd have a confrontation scene. Kanika was okay, but idk she was unnecessarily smiling too much, did she get something to face that uska smile karna rukh hi nahi raha tha?

The first part of the scene felt like finally the lover's are meeting after a long wait. The bgm also gave that feel. And then suddenly the tone of the scene shifted and they looked like star crossed lover's. The dialogues were well written, emoted. and expressed. I liked that hug too, if we look at it as a standalone scene. Kanika and namik do have good chemistry, jo mujhe pehle nahi dikha tha itna but in this scene, I really them together.

The way he moved on from Radhika to Ahana in a matter of seconds it only depicted him as a Casanova who has no stability in life specially when it comes to women.

Instead of indulging in alcohol over some dumb assumption regarding womenfolk he never bothered to find out the real reason as to why Radhika left him 5 years before till Ahana disclosed the exact reason in front of him.

After his 24/7 Radhika bhakti now he wants to suddenly do Ahana bhakti.Achanak se Mohabbat ho gaya huh?

He even plans to confess his love next week why and on what logical basis? First it was Ahana playing cupid and now it's Radhika doing the same.

He didn't even like Ahana and he always judged her so.what changed suddenly?

He never had a frank conversation with her either he was misjudging her or having a conversation just for the sake of a conversation-no bonding no emotional attachment no curiosity nothing.

Love is more than wooing or getting attracted to somebody- it requires seriousness and 💯 percent commiment.

Arya has only given sufficient time to alcoholism.Hr doesn't know what goes on in his own company too-whether it's related to some Dragon or his own friend plotting behind his back.

And he's supposed to be a Tycoon that too a Top Tycoon 😂 😂 😂.

He knows only Radhika jaap and his newly found love for Ahana 😄

I am toh rooting for Radhika and Aryaman, they look nice together

Meri samajh mein ek baat nahi aati... kya kabhi Arya gaya he nahi basement mein? Aise toh bohat moments thay jab Suris us ke aas paas nahi thay, wo akela tha, kabhi koi kaam nahi pada usay? Its bullshit, he has been working there since so long aur office ka ek hissa isse chhoot gaya, na is ki nazar chhupe hue bombs aur weapons pe gayi na captivated dragon pe 🤣
