Its a shame they did this cause the leads have a really lovely chemistry (both leads and the mom’s character are at least 8-10 yrs older in real life) but this age thing makes it a bit uncomfortable. I still dont get it why they had to make the FL age so less if their intended focus was romance. If their intent was to give a message, ironically the chemistry is the worst thing about the show, cause we are not suppose to root for this couple but clearly they are going the romance route.

Also its a scary thing to say but what this show is showing is actually a real thing happening in many families especially in rural areas and even urban areas but with those purane soch wale families. In all these its the young girl who suffers the most and lose basic rights like education cause of regressive mindsets. In many cases the husband doesnt support the wife which makes it more messed up.

I watched some epis of Naagin but this show just isnt for me I really loved the cast of this season, PCC, Namik, Eisha, Kanika all my favs Especially I used to be very addicted to Eisha, Namik and Kanika’s respective debut shows PCC I like cause of BB Ekta Maiyaa hit a sixer with the casting this time but why Naagin?!😭

Reddit ppl will agree with u Apart from KSBKBT2 , I watch this show and honestly I feel they unnecessarily made it controversial with this age thing. I loved it more when they focused on the mother and daughter, like how the mom supports her daughter to be a doctor. People have just progressed from outside but from inside unfortunately half of them are still the same. These things are unfortunately common in this world

Since you mentioned about regressive mentality both in poor and rich educated family I suggest you watch 1 - 2 episodes of Dr. Arambhi. I'm sure you will regret watching it and might even curse me. But, please do watch it. I too couldn't watch after I came to know the reason behind Arambhi's marriage to Dr. Vishwas and his family is pukeworthy😡🤮

At least in Seher, her husband isnt fully against her education but both of them are way too young to be in a marriage(yes the husband too)
