Those accounts which posted RS sitting on the floor at the billionaire wedding are crushed. They wanted both films to underperform. Toxic may have bots etc. But all known big accounts are from Telegu industry and BW industry. They would like to see Yash humbled too.

Now the situation is dire. Both films will do capacity business.

It can't get any worse for the rest.

"Meanwhile, another source explained how the makers of Toxic: A Fairy Tale For Grown-Ups thought of the new release date, “It was distributor Anil Thadani who strongly suggested that the film should arrive on June 4. He said it would be an apt date as by then, the tensions in the Middle East would definitely subside and stop and secondly, the IPL season will come to an end by then. The producers of Toxic and actor Yash found merit in his suggestion and they decided to go ahead with it.”

Ahem. Excuses. Let's call a spade a spade. We knew in January the Toxic makers will postpone at the last minute (I guessed then a 5th of March Postponing announcement).

In a way I am glad Toxic postponed, as each film can do their business undisputed, cash in maximum at BO.

I still believe Dhurandhar would have made More money than Toxic IF the clash happened. and that both Dhurandhar The Revenge AND Toxic could have lost some sales because of clash

And I also believe some Bollywood walas wanted the clash to happen (even egged yash to go on),so both movies 'underperform', even slightly, in order for BW walas to be able to say that both D2 and Toxic are 'weak movies'. basically, anything to take the 'luster' from Dhurandhar and assure the public 'we BW are still the strongest and dominate such outsiders as Dhar'.

As for Toxic I still believe that, with that huge 600 cr budget, they Need a solo release to cash in as mucha s possible, so for them this is Hugely beneficial, make no mistake.

In the end, clashing with Dhurandhar will not earn ANY movie much mollah, right now. So I am glad smart people, business people, prevailed.
