I too liked the episode. Shalini's family don't have anything better to do than insult Shiv. I too don't know who's who in her family. Apart from her parents, kaka , kaki and Nandini the rest are just extras to say a few insulting lines against Shiv. I'm waiting for the day when they get to know Shiv's real identity and I hope he doesn't spare anyone and puts them in jail. And, that day they will all start giving him respect and 'aap hamare damaad hai. Hum aapke rishtedaar hue. Aap ke rishtedaar ke saath aise kaise kar sakte hai'😂😂

Someone on twitter tried explaining all relations but I couldn't care less. Thing is I take a break whenever their scenes come. I just get bored too. Two problems:

• Their conversation is condescending
• The camera and effects they add in the scene
• Acting and dialogue delivery

Nope, not my cup of tea. Lucky are people who watch this show on app, atleast they can skip it.

I feel family has deeper connection than just superficial crimes but let's see.

Now, I can understand children calling father for any work but definitely not for maths sum over the call. Wahi lambi list of things to bring de dete.

I didn't realize that Shalini never said that she loves him, but I realised she didn't say that on their anniversary too.

Also, one more point, I know family is insane and not worth Shiv's time, but I disagree with a point that Shiv made her family will never accept him, I sometime do feel he hasn't even tried showing up as a nice guy, not that I care, but don't assume they will never if he shows up nicely. But based on all his actions in front of them, who will respect him. Seems like there were a few embarassing scenes Shiv had created in past not just engagement one.

I am ok with kids coming around and all, I just feel their dialogues also need to be tonned down a bit. Teasing and all is still fine but saying things like Maa and Paa are romancing and Maa is getting "possessive" about Paa or maa pat jaaye, is bit crossing a line imo.

That also makes me think of one more thing now that you mentioned one room house , where was Shalini expecting kids to sleep on their anniversary night? I assumed that their happy family manages to sleep together only. Anniversary night ke liye kids had special sleeping arrangements maybe. Only kids free romance Mr and Mrs Deshmukh can get is when kids are in school.

Arey haan! You are right! Shalini did switch off her phone the other day when on a mission. Shiv is opposite, he keeps kids on the line while on missions and is lazy to answer his own phone

I always felt from the beginning ki why is she not reciprocating his 'ILU'?! On their anniversary day, not once she said it.. I felt Shiv was saying it so many times to compensate her lack of saying it. She says, "I love my family" but never 'ILU' to Shiv exclusively. Even in the mangalsutra scene, she didn't say it.. he did. So, happy she said it today finally.

Agree,, dialogues of children can be toned down and they need not appear out of nowhere every single time.. they can actually go out and play sometimes while the parents are alone

Kids may be sleeping in the hall on their anniversary night and every night now that they are old enough.. they have not shown their sleeping arrangements so far.

True, they think too highly of themselves which they're not. They're living in a bubble world and once it breaks they'll come down but it'll be too late.

I too care less about the relatives because they're not worth wasting my time. They're injurious for my health 😂

I think the whole family is involved in criminal activities and Nandini is aware about it.

This is how I think we should approach the story. Andy try to add your perspective from OG version.

Shiv is an undercover cop/agent by his choice. He might or might not have married shalini as part of cover, but now he loves her. He loves his kids. Till now, he was able to manage his double life fairly well. However, he is not prepared for events where his family will be under threat. I think as Andy pointed somewhere here, the restaurant will trigger a chain of events....that will not only risk his cover but also the trust and safety he built in his family. He reached an emotional phase in his life where his family is as important as his job, or a bit more!

I have yet to watch the episode, but looks like he lost control on his anger when the guy badmouthed his wife which forced him to use his gun and Parshuram dialogue in the public. No one around would have understood his dialogue but gun will draw attention. Or if someone records it. Basically, for the first time he risked his cover for his wife. . This is where the story will start if I am correct.

We should not judge him on how he was lying to his wife all along etc. He is a spy. Spies are bound by larger purpose. They WILL lie to keep their cover. Even with their family. Shiv also did the same and he was good at it till now. But now, will he risk his loved ones or not is the main conflict. It will always be a dharma sankat for him whether to keep lying or not. Or tread it carefully without putting his family in danger.

Guys aaj ka episode dekho thori overacting rest is good....

I loved the conversation between Shivalini after cafe incident Neil was really good there....except these splash and camera angles aur repeated weird dialogues....what's that sheetal and smoking

The OG one is based on a butterfly effect. It's like if today he hadn't fought with them, his cover wouldn't have come out..nor his in-laws, the main villain , Sheetal would've come to his life. Sheetal would've moved on... and came to conclusion that he's not Parshuram..thereby not vowing to kìll him.. main villain wouldn't have cared about an inconsequential insurance agent..his in-laws wouldn't have interacted with him anyday..they would've lived their life as it had been.

But this incident will be a turning point in many lives...starting from the guy to Parshuram to Shalini..everyone..even his kids..

And as you have said..since now his family would be involved, it would be a challenge to Shiv also how to maintain the cover and fight the villains.

As this inconsequential incident will lead to something big..very big
