I didn't say he did not sin or made the wrong decision. I said made it for his grandchild future.

If once seher told him she doesn't want to merry. Or she want to become a doctor. He wouldn't have done this forgery.

But the guardian permission is requirement in Islamic marriage. There is even hadith about it.

What I ment is this local community can hold the groom accountable if he want to retract from his responsibility in the marriage. Because the marriage was made public per the Muslims laws. Or else he will need to leave that community.

@ green...it says children should take permission from their parents and parents should give too. Parents can't force . They have no authority. Mia, Biwi are the final decision maker.

@ red... I think this is out of topic. But if you want to know. ...husband has to pay all the bills even if they divorce by Shariah and Indian law. Community se Bahar kiyun sidha jail Jayega if not.

May be they forced Mahid's mom to commit suicide too or may be killed her. Because the way she jumped off doesn't look normal. Either drugged, pushed or abused her so much that she had a nervous break down.

They abused the woman cos she wants to work in a bank. In Islam giving interest or taking interest is haraam. It's considered as kabirah gunah.

21 is too much. I think the right age should be 18. Coz in our culture we aren't allowed to have a relationship with guys unless we are married. And rising marriage age to 21 may cause repression and other psychological problems.

But other banks depends . Some Alem says yes, some don't.

In here Mufti is against all jobs for woman. He is against woman education too. In first promo he was advicing Parvez and Parvez was getting scared every time.

Honestly the age to get married is one’s personal choice. I am a Muslim too and my personal opinion is marrying at 16 is too young. Infact, I think 21 should be the minimum age, 18 can accept with difficulty but 16 is too less. I know lots of girls who got married off at 16 and I also know lots of girls who married at 24-25 and both of them have their own struggles. But at 16 the girl is just teen and marriage is a huge lifelong responsibility I dont see anything wrong in starting this life a bit later.

There is no hadith about it. If so give me the source. In the time of prophet people bearly wrote the wiran and some hadith. Marriage funds did not include writing. Which means it is community convention. No sharia law.

Yes parents can not force. But girls can't scape and marry without there guardian permission. Otherwise the marriage is null and any intimate relationship will be counted as zina. There is hadith about this.

In usa the age is 13 some states is 12 🤣. It seems they don't know about the biology stuff about woman growth 🤣
