I know I might sound heartless but I think Pari losing this case, especially Garu’s custody is also karma coming back to her, though I don’t know if it’s the last of it or not.

Pari helped Noina get between her parents… and when that happened successfully, Tulsi surely did suffer immense pain, not just as a wife, a woman but also as a mother. After all, when she left SN she effectively chose to distance herself from her kids too.

Now I know it can be said that she could’ve chosen otherwise and Pari can’t be blamed for it. She never did anything to stop Tulsi from contacting her children or keeping in touch with them… but it’s not as simple as that.

Pari ended up being an accomplice to something so heinous as a child that she didn’t just hurt the relationship between her parents but she ensured that her mother was driven away by it from her father’s life for good. Even though she knew that Tulsi had suffered through such a traumatic experience once. Gayatri had informed her about Karan being Mihir’s son with her aunt Mandira.

Pari didn’t think once before she helped another woman. She also ended up sabotaging her parents’ LA trip by hiding Tulsi’s passport. A trip on which Mihir was nearly molested.

Later on as she discovered what had transpired between her parents on the night of her wedding to her beloved Ran, she chose to show up at Vrinda’s home - to rub salt on her mom’s fresh wounds. Likely even informed Noina to drop by that place later prompting Tulsi’s decision to leave Mumbai.

Tulsi left her husband for her dignity, self-respect and honour. But she chose to stay away from her children to protect her sanity, to heal and to have the courage to stick to her decision of leaving SN.

She knew that as a wife she had been too hurt and betrayed to be swayed by her husband’s apologies, pleadings and promises. But as a mother…. oh as a mother she was not that strong to hear her children crying, pleading with her repeatedly to come back to her and ignore them.

She knew she couldn’t care less about what Mihir said anymore because that’s a ship that’s sailed and frankly sunk in the ocean of her heart and tears as far as she’s cares.

But how could she possibly have the same reaction towards her kids, especially if they are going to plead with her to come back.

Tulsi tells Gautam in the premises of the court that though she left she continued to call him, hoping to hear his voice at least once. Who’s to say that she didn’t do it for her other kids too? Called them from unknown numbers from random places? I know public phone booths are now an outdated concept even in rural India but landlines still exist. Random people can still be kind enough to lend you their phone for a single call if you ask nicely.

Tulsi might have called all her kids from time to time - heard their voices and hung up. I am not saying it happened but if she would do it for Gautam, wouldn’t she be tempted to hear Shobha’s voice, or Hrithik’s? How would she justify calling only one child out of so many? One who wouldn’t even pick up calls.

Pari didn’t just help distance a wife from her husband but a mother from her kids.

Now that’s the karma that’s coming for her. Though it’s certainly softened I believe considering that Viranis have to effectively settle Ran and Garu somewhere until the custody can be challenged again in court.

So, for all we know, Mihir decides some outhouse of SN is the best place for them or some property nearby. Let’s see.

The physical separation will be seen and analysed as and how it happens, when we get to watch it… but for now Pari knows what it feels like as a mother to even imagine the thought and pain of being separated from your child by circumstances beyond your control.

Tulsi wouldn’t even wish this kind of punishment upon her worst enemy, let alone Pari… but karma knows no mercy.

So in a very strange and twisted sort of way, it makes perfect sense that the one to serve that karma’s retribution to Pari would be also one of Tulsi’s own children. A child very much in pain by all accounts who perhaps did consider that he come looking for his mother in these past 6 years at some point even if only subconsciously and yet he also knew it well enough she wasn’t to be found where she ought to be and he had no clue regarding her whereabouts as well.

For all we know, in the past 3 years that he has been in India, in Bengaluru, as stated, he was also on a parallel and covert lookout for his mom. Had tasked someone to find her. Not necessarily to approach her but just to be aware of where she is.

Pari ended up causing her mom and siblings that pain in her own way too by joining forces with Noina.

Karma had so far only punished Pari the wife, the woman and to some extent the daughter and the sister as well. Now it’s turn for Pari the mother to get served.

Yesterday’s episode was sad, but it fit with what Pari had done all this time. She’s only getting her karma. Now she knows the pain of losing child or being away her child. Ranvijay and Noina were extremely sick, but Ranvijay doing is typical what many men do in such cases. They try to take custody of the child just to hurt the mother. I felt bad for a mother to lose her child, but it’s hard to feel bad for Pari at the same time remembering everything she has done. Anyway, she will get back her child, but I am glad she is going through this pain for now

It would have been lovely if there were some flashbacks between Gomzi and Pari, as she is genetically his cousin sister. Maybe a rakhi moment,...

Sahil didn’t even get a proper entry — not a single line of dialogue. What is Gomzi’s return even supposed to add? Where are his wife and kids?...
