this part I am still so confused, why did Ba name Parth as the messenger and not give the property to Tulsi directly??

in season 1, Parth was missing and was the one child entire family was looking for, hence Ba naming him the successor made sense, here it has no logic since he is with the family

Also before the six years leap, Ba had died 25 years back, so how did she know Parth will exist?? Parth was definitely not 25 pre leap... It was only 13 years of Tuhir marriage 25 years prior to first leap so Gautam and Karan would have been teenagers, why would Ba go with their children..

As per original story she shouldn't have even known Karan existed and didn't know where Gautam was 13 years post Tuhir marriage, but here even if we ignore that part, still there children make no sense

He did settle down later once Karan became a huge businessman after leap in S1 but before that there are sooo many moments where his jealousy was obvious:

He supported Abhishek instead of Shobha mainly because Shobha trusted Karan over him. That’s not just anger, that’s hurt ego + jealousy.

He got jealous when Shobha acknowledged Karan as her brother and tied rakhi to him first instead of Gautam - that clearly made him feel replaced.

He got jealous whenever Tulsi–Mihir treated Karan as more responsible than him, when they handed over Power of attoney to Karan and somewhere Gautam always wanted that “eldest son” respect.

Even small things like Baa asking Karan to deliver gifts to Pragya mattered, because in such families those duties are symbols of importance. Gautam’s jealousy wasn’t imaginary at all - it was shown multiple times, and it was always tied to feeling less valued than Karan emotionally.

The jealousy is real and it exists because unintentionally the family has fuelled it. Repeatedly.

So we simply have to know what’s the straw that broke the camel’s back.

At this point we don’t know what it is but we can assume what that straw is… but we can assume Karan is somehow connected to it.

I’m not necessarily saying it’s about property. I agree he may have felt emotionally left out, but I don’t think it’s because of Karan. I feel it’s more likely that Mihir and Tulsi grew closer to the Gen-Z adopted/new kids, and that’s what triggered his jealousy and resentment.

Teesha was the bahu with whom they could have broken the traditional TV trope that a good bahu is very ndian traditional in nature, can cook everything below the sky..

She was good natured, but was also proper Western grown. didn't know how to cook..

but unfortunately the show kiIIed her. never understood why.. Seems just to bring in Damini as she was introduced and Ekta knew that Hiten has to be paired with Gauri, so Riva ko kahin to settle karna hoga na, so get Gautam single..

Per this season’s canon Parth was not just in SN as a child he has literally been at Baa’s bedside as a 7/8 year old boy as she was bedridden and counting down her final days.

She asks him whom can she trust her most important and valuable thing - her home. Parth replies Tulsi Baa instantly and Baa is like yes, I know she’s worthy as a successor but I also feel that she’s too selfless for her own good. She would transfer the property if asked to do so to another person in the family. Baa didn’t want that to happen so she thought the way to go about it would be to use Parth as a temporary successor.

As a minor, Parth couldn’t legally be asked to transfer the title to someone else. Not just because legally he wouldn’t be allowed to do so but because he was a child… it would be embarrassing for anyone to object to a literal child being picked as a successor and even more humiliating for them to demand that the property be transferred via Karan and Nandini acting as the legal guardians/trustees of Parth as his parents to someone else. Because that’s literally trying to snatch something from a child.

Baa knew that people might want to stake a claim on the property and if Tulsi was given it right away then she might buckle down under emotional pressure and hand it to say Gayatri or Daksha. Gayatri being the most likely candidate to demand it citing her claim being superior to Tulsi’s… but even Gayatri would feel embarrassed if she had to demand that the property be given to her over Parth. After all, it’s one thing to demand something from Tulsi but a 7/8 year old?!

Baa thought by the time Parth is an adult the property would be safe and enough time would have passed for things to cool down in the family. There would be no heated emotions as there would be in the immediate aftermath of Baa’s death if now the property went to Tulsi as per her wishes.

At the time that same letter could have been used to describe her wishes too but for whatever reasons Baa felt it would be much better for Tulsi to get that property after at least a decade than immediately and for her to then turn it into something useful like a school. Tulsi ended up sorta doing exactly that. Bandhej helps those girls learn textile related skills and then makes them independent.

After marrying Gomzi and enterning Virani house teesha became serial sanskaari bahu she was always shown in saree...after her death she came back to talk to gautam when he wanted to move on with damini...her soul/ghost watever it was lets say her soul...her soul was shown wearing kurta

Even modern lady nandini became serial sanskaari after marriage

before marrying ansh she wud wear skirts,jeans but after marrying ansh she was shown in saree...however after marrying karan she was shown in kurtas...

And also in S1 last leap...before nandini-karan remarriage nandini was shown wearing sleeveless,off-shoulder strap blouse but once it was announced she wud remarry karan... again nands became serial sanskaari (Baa gave her saree when this was announced and nandini was like baa I already have sarees but baa said "Humari ghar ki bahuye aise kapde nahi pehnti hai")

I also feel this is less about assets and more about something that has hurt Gautam or triggered some really ugly emotions in him. We just have to wait to see what they come up with because right now we have nothing. S1 and S2 canons are not always the same.
