Anupamaa: Leela decides to leave the Shah house after a heated argument with Prerna

Today's episode begins with Jaya asking Banku to get ready for the wedding preparations and arrange the band as well. Ansh and Prerna ask how they can help. Anupama tells the couple to take rest, while Leela reminds them that since they are the bride and groom, they should not be doing any work. Even though Ansh and Prerna insist on helping, Paritosh casually says he wants a facial.

Hasmuk jokes that Anupama should give Paritosh the facial, and she happily agrees. Meanwhile, Ansh and Prerna again express their wish to help with the preparations.

Anupama explains that the bride and groom should save their energy because they will be busy greeting and taking blessings from relatives during the wedding. Ishani also asks them to relax since everyone wants them to enjoy the celebrations.

Anupama encourages Ansh and Prerna to enjoy every moment of the festivities. Banku comes up with the idea of making a wedding board with the couple's names written on it. Soon, the Shah family starts discussing who belongs to the bride's side and who is on the groom's side. Digvijay reveals that he has already planned everything, and Hasmuk immediately approves his idea. Paritosh is clearly unhappy with the decision.

Ansh and Prerna love Banku's suggestion but soon begin playfully arguing over whose name should appear first on the wedding board.

Anupama reminds them that, according to their tradition, the bride's name is written first. Ansh follows her advice and writes Prerna's name before his own. The happy moment turns emotional when Prerna reveals that not only her mother but even her brother and sister-in-law have decided not to attend the wedding.

Anupama gently asks Prerna what is bothering her. Prerna shares that her brother has also refused to be part of her wedding, just like her mother.

Leela harshly comments that it is better they are not coming, calling Prerna's mother and brother equally unpleasant. Prerna, however, says that despite everything, they are still her family. She reminds Leela that even after everything Vanraj did, she still remembers him. In the same way, she cannot stop caring for her own family despite their mistakes. Feeling emotional, Prerna walks away, and Ansh follows her.

Leela feels hurt by Prerna's words. Pakhi makes the situation worse by saying that Prerna has not even entered the family properly yet and has already insulted an elder. Anupama immediately asks Pakhi not to provoke the matter further. Leela sides with Pakhi and says Prerna is not the right match for Ansh.

Anupama points out that Leela started the argument in the first place and advises her not to blame Prerna alone. Pakhi claims that Prerna will keep crying over Rajni forever. Hasmuk reminds everyone that children are not always like their parents. Just as Anupama's children are different from her and Vanraj was different from him, Prerna should not be judged because of her mother. Rahi also supports Prerna, saying that no matter how difficult a mother may be, a daughter can never stop missing her. Her words leave Anupama speechless. Anupama once again requests Leela not to judge Prerna so quickly.

Prerna remains upset over Leela's harsh remarks.

Ansh comforts Prerna and gently tells her that while she should express her feelings, she should also be respectful when speaking to elders. He encourages her to forget the unpleasant incident and smile again. To cheer her up, Ansh starts dancing, making Prerna smile. He happily tells her that he is excited to marry her.

Meanwhile, Leela announces that someone should drop her at the railway station. Hasmuk asks what new drama she has started. Leela says nobody in the house wants her anymore. Hasmuk jokingly tells her to leave so everyone else can enjoy a party, even asking Paritosh to accompany her. Paritosh wonders why Hasmuk always drags him into everything. Leela questions Hasmuk whether he really plans to celebrate without her.

Digvijay steps in and tries to stop Leela from leaving. Leela complains that the younger generation no longer respects elders and always talks back. She says that even if she said something, Prerna should not have answered her. She also feels that Ansh has changed.

Ansh and Prerna try their best to convince Leela to stay, but she refuses to change her mind. Anupama then asks Prerna to handle the situation herself.

Prerna finally succeeds in calming Leela down and convinces her not to leave. However, Leela warns Prerna that if she argues with her again in the future, she will throw her out of the house.

Digvijay is relieved that the issue has finally been resolved. Anupama praises Prerna for handling the situation maturely. She then decides to go to the market to buy the remaining wedding items. Before leaving, Anupama looks around the house with affection and proudly calls it her own.

In the precap, Ansh and Prerna get married. Meanwhile, Paritosh confronts Prem and reveals that he knows Prem stole Anupama's diary. He demands 10 percent of the prize money in exchange for keeping quiet. Later, when Kinjal informs everyone that Anupama's diary is missing, Paritosh publicly exposes Prem and accuses him of stealing it.
