Well, she’s not actively handling any ministries as of now and general elections are not scheduled until 2029…. Unless something changes that and they go for elections sooner, I guess she’ll be free for quite some time. We know she already manages her public appearances, meetings etc despite shooting for Kyunki. Goes for campaigning and attends conclaves. And so far there’s no buzz regarding her contesting any of the state assembly elections….

Her BD will pop up when they need long shots and her closeups will be shot in advance as they did so now when she was off to campaign in Bihar and later in London.

I expect her to be travelling a lot as it is, since state assembly elections are scheduled in Assam, Puducherry, Kerala, West Bengal and Tamil Nadu in 2026. Dates are yet to be announced for them but expect back to back elections with a few weeks between each.

If the show ends in 2026 then that’s it. If it extends to 2027 then even that has elections scheduled 7 state elections and the presidential election as well. But we will cross this bridge if we come to it and not before that.

Forget this season. This fact was even forgotten in season 1, after a week or so

I think we never had a single scene of Nandani Sahil(or probably there was one when she asks Sahil to her help her stop a project Karan Gautam were doing and Sahil said he isn't involved)

Later when there was a case against Tarun(younger brother of Sahil, Nandani was against Tarun while Karan was supporting Tarun, thereby a kalesh between the two) at that time Karan said ki Tarun Mera Bhai hai main uske liye kuchh bhi karonga, Tum kaise samjhogi (like wo tumhaara bhai to nhi hai na), and I was like dude Tarun is your second cousin and Nandani's first cousin what are you saying

Nicknames were Gattu and Bagghi, used only once in the show.

Funny that when Sahil introduces Nandani to Ganga, he says that she is daughter of Jasmine maasi, later the name of Pooja's sister changes to Sujata

They forgot Saahil is related to BOTH of them once they started Karan Nandini track!

They could have easily included Saahil as someone who was aware of their growing attraction and feelings for each other and it wouldn’t have been even weird or anything. Karan Saahil were close friends even before Saahil found out that they were cousins as well. But they made Damini and Ganga more aware of their feelings and then there was no attempt whatsoever made by Damini or Ganga to make Tulsi aware of the relationship between Karan Nandini. They just let things happen.

Saahil could have been shown as Karan’s confidante or the shoulder Nandini cries on when she presumes Karan Tanya are together or later when he lies to her that he is in love with Tanya rather than make Ansh the guy on whose shoulder she would cry on

Like urghh, he had literally tried all sorts of tactics to have her in his bed including ask her what she’d like in exchange, essentially treating her as if she were a….

Not to mention the one time he follows her in an elevator and she ends up snatching the gun he had aimed at Karan for interrupting.

Literally no girl in the world would ever want to be comforted by her stalker not even when she’s getting her heart broken!

Tulsi didn't raise Karan but once he got into the family, she gave the motherly affection, advising him, sharing life lessons with him, but Karan actually did none of those with Bhoomi, as you said, he was emotionally absent. He just pampered her and granted her wish.. that's being a bad father

I know that losing your love and your mother is a great loss, but that's the time to really judge a person. He completely forgot his duties as a father. Having in a bad emotional state isn't an excuse to not perform the duties of a parent. It's not that he had lost his mind and couldn't do anything, he still was doing the business (and excelling in it), so not fulfilling the most important duty at that time can't be excused at all

I know that Tanya was the main caregiver and she didn't raise children well, you could also say that the children could have been slightly better if they had no Tanya in their lives even if Karan was absent, that however doesn't change the fact that he was a failure as a father. He didn't keep a check on how the children were being raised, he never tried to nurture the children, was never present for them and just thought giving money was enough.

In a way he did the same for his children that Mihir did for him in his childhood (something that he himself hated).

Later when Nandani was found, he only tried to search for Parth when Nandani insisted, he was only looking for Parth as Nandani wanted it

See Karan was a great son, Good brother, best lover , but as a father he really was a failure.

About Mandira, I don't think she badmouthed anyone to Karan, she just played a victim herself and made Karan feel that she has been wronged. Obviously Karan didn't know Mandira was evil, so from his perspective, he only saw that she was a mentally unstable person who thought Mihir Virani was her Amar and Mihir made use of that to spend time with her, have a child and then completely ignore them. (To be honest even Mihir himself thought that he had done this till he found out that Mandira wasn't mentally unstable)

That's why he hated Mihir, but he knew that other family members especially Tulsi had nothing to do with it, so he wasn't against him.

Mandira raised the child quite well. Karan was empathetic, he had zeal.

Karan used to pamper bhoomi and fulfill all her wishes because she was a part of nandini ....her living legacy . His being emotionally absent had nothing to do with a lack of love, it was because he was constantly lost in nandini's memories and sought nandini's reflection in bhoomi.

Karan gave his name and financial support to both bhoomi and manthan and even nandini wanted to abort bhoomi but karan stopped her and promised her that he will give his name and love to nandini's child because he/she is a part of nandini then nandini kept that child. But mihir failed to provide the same for karan that's why karan hated him.

As I mentioned above, karan's only mistake was not giving enough time to his children. He was mentally disturbed after losing nandini and tulsi , he had lost interest in everything else in life , only kept busy himself in business just to divert his mind .

Whenever manthan was disrespectful towards baa, tulsi and other elders , or when he got involved in the drugs case and the kt incident, karan scolded him .However tanya took his side and supported him . And when karan found about bhoomi's pregnancy and her attempt to kill tulsi , he rebuked her severely, but tanya took bhoomi's side and supported her instead.

It was mandira who told karan that mihir was his father and he had refused to accept him, which is why karan hated mihir. However, mandira wasn't like tanya , she never badmouthed tulsi or other virani's in front of karan , nor did she ever poison his mind against them.

Post leap its only one character which is so damn interesting that is mihir virani. I ff all scenes just to watch mihir roasting noyna.

Running comeback is special. She achieved greater heights in her professional life. Huge respect for this.

Ritik was tolerable before leap but after leap he is screaming only mitali mitali mitali.

Angad vrinda are happy in their little world. Only happy couple in kyunki verse.

I myself said Mandira raised a good son. She was an opportunist but throughout the show, she was mostly a good mother. Her love to Karan was unconditional.. She raised him as a good person

Coming to Karan as a father, as I said losing your love or your mother is no excuse for being emotionally absent for yourself children. Your children are your responsibility and primary responsibility. How much you love your wife and mother, when it comes to children and their upbringing/betterment all of the other things take a backseat because children are dependent on you. They see the world through you.

Your statement "Karan's only mistake" is the key, being so much obsessed in your losses to completely burry yourself in work forgetting your children isn't "a mistake" it's a clear evidence of your failure as a father. If despite being heartbroken he could immerse himself in work, why couldn't he do the same for raising children.

I have already said that Tanya made the children the way they had become, but it was Karan who allowed that to happen by not focussing.

Being a parent isn't only scolding your grown up children, it's nurturing them, inculcating values in them. If Manthan didn't respect Ba, was Karan's duty over by scolding him? It's clear he never taught Manthan to respect Ba, after having scolded Manthan, he didn't after sometime reach out to him explaining with love.

Being a dad (or parent for that matter) isn't showering money whether or not needed and the scolding if children don't behave/perform the way you expect.

About Mandira posing Karan against Mihir, I don't think there was ever a scene showing that. From whatever they showed, Karan knew that his mother knows nothing
