People generally compare Tulsi Karan bond with Karan Bhoomi bond, but I never felt so.

Karan might have liked Bhoomi immensely but he was never a good father to her, just loading with everything and shouting I love you isn't parental duty. While primary responsibility of her becoming spoilt was of Tanya, but Karan can't be completely excused saying her was lost in searching his mother and wife.

On the other hand nandini had great values, which why both bhoomi and manthan became positive once they came under her influence and spent time in her company.

Furthermore , the relationship between manthan and nandini could never match that of karan tulsi .karan never disrespected tulsi, mandira had only poisoned karan's mind against mihir, not against tulsi. In contrast tanya filled manthan's mind with bitterness regarding nandini and her relationship with karan, and that was the reason why manthan used to called nandini doosri aurat and even tried to kill her. Manthan only realized the truth when damini told him that nandini didn't ask tanya for any sacrifice to get him out of jail, and someone explained him the true history between karan-nandini.

Mihir’s behaviour makes the investors leave without committing.

Hrithik questions his attitude and Mihir says he’s lost the will to live itself, so why would he care about business?

He actually seriously tells Hrithik a father runs behind a child learning to ride cycle only as long as his kid doesn’t learn how to balance themselves, once they manage that no father runs behind their kid. I am assuming that Initially Karan Nandini were lovers they separated for some reason and then maybe Karan had ONS with tanya . As a result Parth came and tanya died. Karan and Tanya hadn't married .Tanya is only designated as Parth mother this season not as karna wife or Virani bahu. So after that Karan Nandini reunited and Nandini became the caring mother of Parth. And Karan Nandini own bio kids are younger siblings of Parth.

i only vaguely remember that in last episode of kyonki S1 there was some scene related to Amba Baa will and parth mentioning in it. Tulsi met Parvati who revealed that it was she who raised parth all these years.
