Why should mannat give another chance to the man who is trying to forget her even after he realised his mistake, and is in relationship with a girl for 2-3 years and allows her to hug him, get close to him.. And is comfortable enough to share his room with her...... Just because he says he loves her and has maintained physical fidelity, should mannat give him another chance..??

As per Sharain’s IV, Aish told them that she is Arzoo. I think that’s why the breakfast table breaking of glass was done deliberately. Aish is observing Y’s actions and will eventually set her right. Malla must have already told her about her actions.

Not defending his actions so don't come at me

The complication is in that to him Mannat has moved on and is not coming back so he had to move on too but the moving on is facing challenges in that he is failing to fully commit in the new relationship.

If Yashika didn't have an ulterior motive Vikrant wouldn't have lasted 2years in that relationship. She is the one carrying that relationship.

Won't comment about Mannat giving him another chance. I think Manvik have bigger issues to address apart from him trying to move on. His nail in the coffin is believing that she moved onto his brother. He may face bigger challenges with that more than him having a girlfriend. The girlfriend issue is a ripple effect of him not having trust.
