She's not the best that we've had, but she for sure is one of the better ones amongst the current lot. And I do think she did justice to every role she played.
I can't say the same for Jahnvi who keeps landing opportunities but is unable to deliver.
Sara is decent. Ananya's performances are hit-or-miss.

She destroyed Rocky movie....For one, her diction isn't anything like an elite educated person she was being portrayed as...'rocky yaar...tu cheez kya hai yaar....tu aisa mat kar yaar...'...typical south mumbayya...on the top of it ,to make the matter worse, unnecessary yelling and OTT expressions...Even in the end she yells at Ranveer's father or her own family...bad acting!
Gangubai was good though...for the most part a very restrained performance....
oh yeah, totally agree about the yelling. She doesn't do great at all when she screams.
Overall though, I liked her performance. I thought she was pretty good.
That movie was Ranveer's though. So damn good in it. I'm glad I watched this movie in the theater. I've already rewatched it twice on OTT. He was so darn good!
So I finally saw the movie a few weeks ago to see what I was missing since y'all sold me her performance as some breath taking acting and......
What makes the film unforgettable isnāt just the grand frames, the haunting music, or the storytelling SLB is known for. Itās the beating heart...
I did not realise it while watching the film but this is so true, she is channeling Gangubai here...
