They could’ve shown him having sex with Noina without being drunk if they wanted to show cheating. But they showed him completely drunk to the point that he wasn’t even able to stand properly and was almost falling down by the time he got inside that room, and now they’re treating it like that?

Next, he literally tries to pay her to reduce his guilt so this doesn’t come off as Mihir being a victim, it comes across as a man who has intentionally or at least in some form of awareness did something that he thinks was wrong and he believes monetary compensation is the way to go ahead.

Despite everything, Mihir still keeps running off to Noyna at one call from Suchu. When Tulsi walks in on them she watches another woman hugging her husband, professing her love for him while he stands there after promising her to do whatever she wants to keep her from apparently killing herself.

Mihir may not have physically committed adultery but emotionally he has done so for sure; and he’s done this for a second time.

Someone feeling guilty doesn’t mean they aren’t a victim as Mihir himself also thinks he’s wrong for sleeping with Noina while drunk because as you said it’s not recognized in India or talked about that men can be victims of rape. I am only enjoying the slaps and this treatment of Mihir because of his emotional cheating and the disrespect treatment he has given to Tulsi so far this season, but other than that the physical cheating isn’t what’s making me cheer for it as regardless of sex or not he was drunk and that too completely with not just one sip of alcohol but he had drunk multiple bottles that night. So even if it did happen it isn’t physical cheating. Noina was in senses and completely took advantage of it. Sadly, she’s being given completely clean chit by makers as if whitewashing Pari wasn’t enough that now I have to see her being glorified too.
