I have credited her but I wanted to credit the writers too because it was after so long that she got such impactful lines. No actor, no matter how good they are can deliver with mediocre to low bar content.

I credited the writers because they finally gave her something worth her mettle. And while they did so at no point did it feel like this wasn’t Tulsi from S1. There was that raw and cutting honesty but it was still dignified, it was brutal without crossing into crassness. It was perfect and hence the credit.

Well, Mihir was also raised by Daksha so it’s befitting. She’s technically the matriarch of the family atm.

What’s something that tickles me is how many people forget that Daksha was the one who introduced Payal to the Viranis. Payal was the daughter of a distant relative of Daksha’s and she’d brought her proposal for Mihir. So any jibes and barbs that were made by her parents against the Viranis when Mihir called off his engagement with Payal would have been aimed at Daksha twice as much by those close to her in her maternal family.

Yet she had never blamed Mihir or treated Tulsi awfully to punish her for getting married to Mihir. Their bond has always been respectful, cordial and affectionate. In fact, when Mihir was presumed dead and Tulsi goes into labour from the shock of it, Daksha is the first one to rush to her other than Kiran’s ex wife Aarti to help her. Tulsi keeps calling Savita but at that point Savita is herself in a shocked state and unable to respond for which she cannot be blamed.

Daksha was always nice to Tulsi and compassionate towards her in her times of distress. Yesterday she truly stepped into the role of the mother that Tulsi needed and the mother that Mihir too needed, albeit in completely different ways.

Ketaki Dave is a Gujarati stage veteran and she displayed why stage actors are so incredibly talented; be it comedy or dramatic moments they never miss a beat.

I searched how alcohol affects a person and whether a person can still participate knowingly and know who they are having sex with. I found out it depends on how intoxicated the person is. If mild then he/she would know what he/she is doing and who he/she is sleeping with. But if more intoxicated then a person’s mental status and judgment are impaired and they wouldn’t know who he is sleeping with.

Mihir was completely drunk, and he is not a drinker whose body is used to alcohol. So alcohol would affect his body faster and more deeply. Even if he saved Noina, the effect doesn’t remain the same way because he saved Noina right after drinking. So he was somewhat able to do something, but later in the room he wasn’t even able to stand properly which means the alcohol started affecting his body more as time passed. So why are the makers giving Tulsi dialogues like a man would know who he’s sleeping with even if drunk? That’s false and disgusting.

Showing a victim of rape (that’s if the sex happened and he didn’t just pass out where Noina just lied and made him think they slept or had sex) with such dialogues, slaps, and accusations?? He should be punished for all the mistreatment he has given to Tulsi and for cheating on her emotionally. But why blame him for that night? They could’ve shown him having sex with Noina without being drunk if they wanted to show cheating. But they showed him completely drunk to the point that he wasn’t even able to stand properly and was almost falling down by the time he got inside that room, and now they’re treating it like that?
