I would not doubt Isha saying clearly that she needs eye surgery and long recovery. Why would someone lie about health that to surgery.

Wedding sure was planned to undo previous one. Possible she would have asked for leave due to health reason and then channel flipped. I mean they accepted the leave so makers went ahead. They might have planed her to keep in coma until she is back, but then channel did not want to take risk for TRP after what had happened in two other shows so they later told shifting afternoon and makers refused.

The other thing they showed is that Pratima regaining her memory....of the accident day...

Sayali however still gets dizzy whenever the memories flashback.... And the birthday of Arjun, the day when MB found her so it became her birthday too... Is always traumatic as shown by cvs...
