Exactly. We all live inside our own heads, our own timelines, our own hurts.

Yes, there will always be someone who has suffered more .. someone in a rural slum fighting for one meal, someone whose struggle makes ours look tiny in comparison. And even their struggle feels “small” next to someone with a disability who is begging just to survive.

But that’s the reality of life, pain isn’t a competition.

What we go through shapes our mental state in deeply personal ways.Our journey, our setbacks, our disappointments… they may not look big from the outside, but inside, they feel huge because we are the ones living them.

Perspective is important.But dismissing one pain just because someone else has it harder isn’t fair either.

Everyone’s struggle is real in the world they inhabit. And everyone deserves empathy is what I believe
