Imo physically i wont say that because both contender-ship and make task involved others helping him out yaani plank rakhne pe bhi and doosro ka paani girane pe bhi but haan mentally and strategically he won it fair and square cuz he planned a winning strategy by ensuring pranit/ashnoor become the bad guys for cheating in the planks task, farhana thinks he genuinely wanted her to win and so farhana and tanya will help him win to take revenge from pranit and ashnoor and farhana ko toh malti nikaal hi degi so yes imo based on the brains he used in executing his plan successfully he won it by merit 😂
