FINALLY AN INDIAN CLASSICAL DANCER WON AN INDIAN DANCER SHOW!!! I CAN NOW DIE IN PEACE!🤣😭

How are y'all doing? I've been having some of the busiest past few months work wise so couldn't even login to join in the discussions. Glad to know there literally was none

I watched the whole season but somehow it was obvious that it couldn't match up to Season 4. Our SD4 kids are unmatchable, the talent we had that season was AMAZING! This year they tried to rope in some popular faces without an audition which I found weird but later I saw in one of Adhyashree's old vlogs that they indeed have auditions but it was a silent one without much fanfare and I think that's why they couldn't match up to the quality since they didn't audition completely across the country.

I felt so happy seeing Sukriti lift the trophy. Not just an amazing classical dancer but she is such a powerhouse of talent and a versatile performer. Anu really deserved the win this year, she took the level of choreography several notches above every week. I don't think any other kid has done as much variety in dance forms as Sukriti did and she aced every single form. I felt so freaking happy that finally a classical dancer got her due! Adhyashree too was amazing throughout the season, what an amazing and confident performer and dancer. She is so ambitious at this little age and it shows in her performances. I was happy that Adhyashree also won the show but I still feel Adhyashree winning it was fixed from the start due to her being an influencer and only Sukriti deserved the trophy.

Regarding the rest of the kids, it actually took me time to get used to them in the initial weeks but it was great to see how they improved with every week. I really liked that this season they made duos dance together more often without the gurus. Also it was great to see all the kids lip syncing so nicely during the performance. However I did not like the cyphers and dance battles among the kids, felt it was too confrontational for a kids show, I think this was the first time they introduced it. I also missed Anurag Dada a lot even though Marzi was fine.

However I'm so surprised that this was the shortest season of Super Dancer till date but I absolutely LOVED that they didn't allow public voting for the winner. This is how it should be.

My personal rant and judge me all you want - unnecessary forced sob story of mother father sacrificing and people crying over father sacrificing his life for family, naa I am cold heartless person I hate hate that. It feels emotional manipulation - and man when you marry and have kids ya know feeding them giving them clothes money is your responsibility. It's almost like the forced submission that's expected from kids towards their parents that they gave birth so now they are the god. Nope just no.

Some families in this show crying like OMFG staying in 5 star hotel eating 5 times food, getting the connection in Mumbai City and basically life set in many ways for their kids , as their father not able to get leave for their kids in job is a mahan thing. Oh fck this, you have the option to sit back in your house as well. Never saw old SD bacha like sanchit florina Prithvis father doing this rr. Prithvi especially came from poorer background never saw his father doing this on tv, and now I see flo sanchits father on set.

I think I have ranted this before lmao I just the mahan maa mahan baap drama

Barkat's parents used to make reels of her dancing in some workshop on songs and choreography that was not kid friendly at all and suggestive, so many people called her parents out on Instagram but they called them jealous. 😭🤣

Oh Momma I totally forget about the show. When I first read I was like what are you talking about like which show. Later after reading I realized it’s super dancer but yes it was obvious that they would make Adyashree winner too. The way she was promoted from the beginning. Also I saw the comments that people saying only the other kid deserved to win. Didn’t follow the show but did see some of the performance in YouTube of the other kid and I think she was really good. I think she was only one who looked like a dancer to me in first episode. I had to watch because thought they would show previous season kids performance.

Oh maaaaiiiiiii Gozzzzzzzzzzz !!!! It's been ages since i came here 🤣 I have no idea what's been going on in the entertainment world. Been so busy with work that i forgot i have an IF account 🤣🤣🤣
