The episode begins with Noyna's phone call with Mihir, where she is expecting him to say happy birthday to her, but he does not remember her साल गिरह . Noyna is furious.

Suchu wants to throw her a party but Noyna can't see anything beyond Mihir and doesn't want to celebrate her birthday without him.

Suchu warns to keep her expectations low as Mihir already has a wife.
