Book Title and Author: Chanakya in You by Radhakrishnan Pillai
Genre : Self-improvement, Inspirational Fiction, Leadership
Why you liked it & why you're recommending it: you're recommending it: This book provides a brief glimpse into the author’s life while smartly weaving Chanakya’s teachings into the reader’s mind in an engaging and enjoyable way. It’s an optimistic read that explains the concepts of Chanakya’s Arthashastra and how they can be applied in both business and personal life.
The book blends fact and fiction, beautifully infused with insights from India’s cultural and spiritual traditions.
Considerations Before Reading
The book focuses more on motivation than deep philosophy, with some repetitive ideas and a predictable story that feels more like self-help than fiction.

Hi y'all,
I am looking for book recommendations..
Anyone here has some good suggestions for Indian Authors who write goofy feel-good romcoms?
I am looking for something like what Anuja Chauhan writes.. Romcoms set in Vintage Delhi vibes.. like 'Those Pricey Thakur Girls', 'The House that BJ built'.. I even liked Zoya Factor and 'Battle of Bittora' by her..
Another author i can think of similar vibes is Sakshama Puri Dharwal.. Really liked 'The Wedding Photographer' and 'Man of her Match'.
I have scoured the internet so many times, but I don't get the vibes I am looking for anywhere
(Tagging few here, whom I have interacted in the past, but requesting everyone who all can recommend.. ) 🫰

I haven't read romance novels by Indian authors much.
Recommending some books that my friends recommended. Nikita Singh is a personal favorite.
Ravinder Singh – Like It Happened Yesterday
Nikita Singh -- Right Time Right Person
Durjoy Datta – If Not You, Then Who
Sakshi Varma – The First Time I Kissed You
Upasana Singh – An Unexpected Love Story
The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas
Genre: Classic Literature, Adventure, Historical Fiction
Plot: Thrown in prison for a crime he has not committed, Edmond Dantes is confined to the grim fortress of If. There he learns of a great hoard of treasure hidden on the Isle of Monte Cristo and becomes determined not only to escape but to unearth the treasure and use it to plot the destruction of the three men responsible for his incarceration.
Review: This book uttered me SPEECHLESS with Edmond's meticulous revenge plan of his enemies (not that I support the idea of taking revenge whoever hurt you)
For the life of me I just COULDN'T keep the book down and kept devouring it till 6 am the next day!! This is the only literature book that got me desperately hooked this way.
If you are into revenge idea with lots of suspense and heavy plot twists, this book is for you. I read the abridged version since I didn't want the unnecessary digression fluff and just wanted the juice.
Your personal Star rating out of 5: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Trigger warnings: Death, suicidal thoughts, Murder

I recently finished Book #3 in the Windy City series by Liz Tomforde, and it's my favourite book so far! (I can't remember if you said you've read this series though, but I do think you can read Book #3 without reading the first two.)
I also re-read CU Hockey by Eden Finley and Saxon James, and the first three books to me are "New Year's" books, aka they somewhat take place on New Year's.
Oh Windy City! This whole series has my heart! I started with Book # 3 actually and have loved every book in the series with 4 being my least favorite.Originally posted by: DazzlingDiya

Is the other series YA?

Nope! It's a college romance, and I'd say it all depends on your definition of smut.
I'll hopefully get to read #4 soon, because the wait time for the audiobook is still like 4 months or something. What are your thoughts on Book #1? Because while it's not my personal favourite, I will defend it with my entire heart.
