Some Kat fans think Kat could be pregnant with twins after this video of Sunny. But I don't think so, he might be saying this because they don't know the sex of the baby.

I remember Deepika had hers in like August a month before her due date. I think the same goes for Kat, it would make sense why she did the holy dip in Feb. She was most likely a couple weeks pregnant, and didn't know it then. That is why I never understood the October date because if she knew then she wouldn't have done it at all.
