Actually she wanted to confess to Parth about jeeva before that second marriage but her MIL and FIL stops her. They asked her to wait for the marriage to be over first and tell Parth later. But vasu got there before. Jeeva is also equally shattered and later Nandini leaves for his dishonesty throughout their marriage.
