Not immediately since she did not know anything about JK at that time. She goes to jail for sometime and comes out in bail. But after parth kavya divorce, he was set out to marry ramya. But last minute kavya stops it confessing her love to him. They get remarried in few days. So Ramya goes in revenge mode and to her luck she finds the pictures of JK and gives it to her mother in pendrive. Atya goes to kavya parth wedding reception and displays JK pictures and videos in the big TV in front of the guests. That's how JK relationship gets revealed in OG.
