I think he is a criminal. He came from jail. But he is not a rapist. That's what should be proved. My guess is he will tape a private conversation between him and Aishwarya and provide it as proof. Even if aishwarya doesn't confess it will show that Aishwarya is not afraid of him. That she is pretending to be afraid.
