Btw, Ahan's paternal grandmother was a physician (and his grandfather was a reknowned heart surgeon). The Pandey didn't have a film-background.

Yet Chikki Pandey and SRK from early on (since SRK came to Mumbai) becoming close friends and also Ahaan's uncle working as an actor in the HIndi filmindustry play a biiiig role in Ahaan's love and dedication for becoming part of it.
