Yes and everyone has seen Days of Thunder, right, that too in theaters? And cause Nascar is at the same level as F1 surely and so is the level of visual effects 30 years later.

I'm not arguing with you but I'm surprised to see it's sudden popularity on India where mostly they love cricket

Watched the movie. Really think it held up to the first part. Enjoyed it thoroughly, loved the music !! Acting was superbbb !! Konkona and Fatima are such FAB actors !! Pankaj and Anupam Kher rocked !!! But the role of Akash was TAILOR-made for ARK !!!! And I am NOT biased when I say this.. Missed Irfan’s eccentricity, Pankaj is good as always, but the ‘edge’ that Monty’s char requires, Irfan would have suited so much more. Pankaj ji is such a cutiepie and ‘good’ man, it reflects in any of his portrayals. But Monty’s tharak and justifying that tharak seamlessly , it requires an actor of Irfan’s calibre really. Their story was also the best IMO. The touch of today’s 15-yr old kid’s confusion and their approach was also refreshing and eye-opener to many. They’r figure out stuff, we don’t have to worry ! Overall, my kinda movie; and LOVEDDDD IT !

Note - I am anyways a sucker of slice-of-life movies. So take that into consideration.

Watched it.it was decent one time watch but i felt that too much music ruined the flow of movie and made it one time watch. I am also not satisfied with cumulation of certain stories especially fatima and Ali fazal story had so much potential but they sidelined them. Music does not work at all. Sara Aditya story does not make sense at all, in today’s era young adults love story had so much potential but no impact. Konkana and pankaj story end does not satisfy at all, winded up too sudden, even neena and anupam back story was not explored well. Movie had so much potential but director ruined it with so much music. Though i liked how all characters came together at the end, that was smart. However, i vll give 2.5 stars. A potential wasted

A breezy 3–3.5 stars — enchanting enough for a cosy, rainy‑evening watch, but not quite the masterpiece it hopes to be.

I have to watch this, 99% of commenters on social media, twitter, instagram, they're saying they're loving this movie, it's a theater watch....such rave reviews, but I am going to keep my expectations low...

Watched the movie today in the theater. It was so boring and especially the entire movie was full of music and the songs were so boring. It's not that I don't like musicals, as I loved Lala Land and My Fair Lady but every dialogue being sung out made me hate music now.

I saw people leaving the theater midway and myself got desperate for the end. I wouldn't want to watch Pritam's face again now as looks like he was the main lead and others were side characters

I wish I had chosen to see Jurassic World Rebirth. Dinosaurs are better than Pritam
